NDT of Haulage System: A) All the vital components such as Main Drum Shaft, Motor Shaft, Coupling Pins, Brake Tie Rods, Brake Assembly, Brake callipers, all the loading bearing pins etc. B) All the vital welds, joints and parts of tubs / carriages, D-Link, J-Link & Pinion. Tests to be performed i) Ultrasonic test ii) Magnetic particle test iii) Dye penetrant test iv) Ultrasonic thickness v) Plastic stage detection using acoustic emission method
