Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade (Proof Rolling) with power roller of 8 to 10T capacity including surface excavation upto an average thickness of 22.5 cms depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 200 m

Disposal of earth upto a lead of 3 kilometers within Anushaktinagar township at a designated place including loading,unloading spreading & levelling,etc.as directed

Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murrum to be brought from out side campus of BARC)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting granular subbase (GSB) material 150 mm thick compacted layer of combination of crushed sand, gravel and crushed stone as per specification including spreading on the prepared sub grade, maintaining the required slope and grade and cross fall (camber) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.) 30 - 40 mm Aggregate - 100 mm thick 12 - 20 mm Aggregate - 30 mm thick 6 mm gravel + crushed sand - 20 mm thick

Providing & Laying of 250 gsm nonwoven geotextile manufactured from high quality Propylene staple fibers on the prepared subgrade. Rate to include all Material, Lying, wastages and overlap etc all Completed.

Providing and laying perforated PVC 160 mm dia pipe in proper line, level and slope including necessary material fitting etc. complete with perforations/side slits embedded in the subbase, inteconnecting witih each other and then to existing storm water drain. The pipe and surrounding drainage aggregate may be wrapped with a nonwoven geotextile fabric of 200 GSM to aid in filtration by Reinforced Earthen the fines and allowing the water to drain through.

Providing and constructing brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge

Providing 12 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing, painting,finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulusion paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete surfaes of required shade over new work over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sports Flooring Supply and installation of Synthetic Artificial Turf on the prepared surface from a FIFA/FIH Preferred Producer or FIFA/FIH Licensee having FIFA/FIH accredited laboratory test report for Football & Hockey turf being supplied having backing as per the manufacturer's specifications, Pile height not less than 48 mm, pile thickness not less than 260 um, pile width not less than 1.24 mm, tufts not less than 8750 nos./sqm., UV Resistant Yarn structure, Detex not less than 12,000 Dtex, Pile weight of turf not less than 1,250 gms/sqm, three layer backing, total carpet weight not less than 2,500 gms/sqm, Infill weight not less than 24 kgs/ sqm (composition of silica sand (30/80 mesh) and rubber granules (1/4 mesh) with 5:1 ratio as per manufacturer's recommended quantities), unloading and staging of rolls, sticking between grass rolls joints with joining tapes of minimum 1 feet width, adhesion with industrial Glue, infilling with appropriate dispensing, spreading and leveling equipment, backing - latex coated, inclusive of WHITE grass/court markings relating to futsal & FIH complete as per manufacturers specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication & Installation of steel structure for net framing around perimeter of the court with necessary vertical and horizontal pipe structure support at regular intervals. Poles of 100x100x4mm, 6m height with adequate foundation (min 500mm depth), distance between poles 6m, horizontal cross connectors of 50x50x2mm, at three levels, fabricated structure duly finished with 2 coats of outdoor grade epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy paint, poles covered with pillar guard heatlona foam padding, providing entry gates at 4 locations, providing goal posts with padding (8 nos.) as per standard sizes for football and hockey

Supply & Installation of outdoor grade fabric up to 6 feet, covering of total perimeter with 50x50x2.5 mm green Nylon net of standard make with complete with wire rope fixing arrangements (turnbuckle, dogclips, etc.).
