Material & Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 75 cm center to center at 45 degree in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-incharge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes.External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material & Labour for Injecting cement slurry in grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to slab)

Supply & Fixing 0.71mm thick plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 as in crumple joints on terrace, wall etc with necessary fixing arrangements such as screws, clamps including scaffolding and all safety arrangements including taking down old sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. ii) The work shall be carried out upto ht 35mtr from ground level. iii) The quoted rates shall include provision of necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements.

Material & labour for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer breakar without damaging the structure ( hard concrete should not be removed by force) including cleaning, necessary scafolding and safety measures in high rise bldgs and disposal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for applying the rust remover alkaline in nature having speicific gravity of 1.1 kg/ltr to existing/additional rebars including wire brushing manually or by mechanical tools as per manufacturers instructions after cleaning the disturbed surface by draining water complete all as specified. Material & Labour for applying two coats of anti rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solids mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturer's instructions.
