Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. and keeping Serviceable Materials in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as directed.

Dismantling Insulators from Poles of any description and any size including keeping Serviceable Materials in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc. including keeping Serviceable Materials in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil n . exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs depth for taking out / laying of under ground cables / erection of poles complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole in any type of soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with excavated soil complete all as directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50mtrs away and depositing at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for sand coarse filling in trenches obtained from local river for cushioning of UG cable complete all as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand layer shall be considered for the purpose of payment

Supply and lay common burnt old size bricks of sub class B laid at right angle on the cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply laying & testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip on wire armoured with stranded armoured 1100 volts grade under ground heavy duty power electric cable, laid in trenches/duct/on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs and termination etc of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying & testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip on wire armoured with stranded armoured 1100 volts grade under ground heavy duty power electric cable, laid in trenches/duct/on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs and termination etc of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply laying & testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip on wire armoured with stranded armoured 1100 volts grade under ground heavy duty power electric cable, laid in trenches/duct/on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs and termination etc of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply laying & testing XLPE Insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip on wire armoured with stranded armoured 1100 volts grade under ground heavy duty power electric cable, laid in trenches/duct/on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs and termination etc of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete including taking out if required all as specified and directed . ( Note for item no 15 and 16 :- Excavation / earth work , MS clamp, nuts and bolts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’ complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete including taking out if required all as specified and directed .

M&L for boring of holes under roads,pavements,hard standing by manual for 80 mm to 25 mm dia pipe complete all as directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved ), junction box of size 900mm(H)X700mm(B)X400mm(W) (over all dimension ) made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5 mm frame, 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 250 Amps with drilled hole for incoming/outgoing cable connection with necessary aluminium lungs, GI nuts bolts and washer including 08 Nos bridge insulator DMC , heavy duty, suitable for 3 Phase 4 wire system, one danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed in front door size and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation 0.30m above normal ground level & 0.30m below ground level with necessary exacavation and earth work and painting to internal and external steel surface with powder coated (Siemens gray) RL-35 after neccesary preparation of surfaces including Indicating lamp LED type 240V 50 Hz AC -one set of 3.

M&L for Earthing of machinery/ equipment installed at power house /substation, using Galvanised Iron earth plate eletcrode of size 600 x 600 x6 mm thick as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40 mm bore including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixing on wall/floor GI pipe water tubing medium grade with all fittings, including testing complete for the following all as directed.

Supply and fixing in gun metal /globe/gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed for the following pipes :-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 25mm bore

S&F brass float valve with PVC for 25mm pipe complete all as directed.
