Notes :- (i) The STPs should be designed as such that the stilling chamber, Bar Screen Chamber, Oil Grease Trap Chamber, EqualizationTank and Treated water tank should be in RCC M-30. (ii) The MBBR tanks, Tube settler tank. Chlorine Contact tank, filter feed tankand sludge holding tank should be Mild steel epoxy painted (MSEP) not less than 5mm thick sheet. The package type structure should be designed such that it fits in the space allocated. the tenderer is required to visit and access the site, no claims after acceptance should be entertained here-in-after. (iii) The STPs desinged should be vetted adn approved by IIT/NIT. The process flow, process and instrumentation, Architectural and structural drawing alongwith design calculations i.e. complete designed STP by OEM should be vetted and approved by NIT/IT.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 450mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 200 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (100Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable dismantled before etc., and comprising of the following:-

(m) Controll / service cables shall be of 4cx 2.5 sqmm, 24 c x 2.5 sqmm , 2 c x 2.5 sqmm, and 8c x 0.75 sqmm shielded control cables ,pvc insulated copper armoured, controll panel for auxilaries with starters for pumps,heaters etc
(n) RCC foundation with necessary earth work ,PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete / RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, Plinth beam along with necessary form work / TMT bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bidning with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia securing with clips / 10 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6),even and smooth without using extra cement / Sand filling in layers around the foundation including watering and consolidation as per OEM dimensions

Manning and Operation of Sewage treatment plant having capacity 300 Cubic meter/day installed under item No. 1.00 of BOQ under Sch 'A' part I, for the duration of 24 hours in 03 (Three) shifts ie. For Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, IInd shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and IIIrd shift from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs per day (with deploying one well experienced operator in each shift) for Ist year from next date of certified date of completion all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Water and Electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the Department. (ii) All Consumable such as Sodium Hypochlorite and any other chemical required, compressure oil and grease etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer's instruction and direction of GE during the period of manning & Operation, cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor. (iii) Please ensure that all trade men engaged in subject work covered in EPF scheme. Proper doc should be maintained in this regard and submitted alongwith each payment.
(iv) The expense incurred due to insurance and EPF scheme for the staff deployed by the contractor for manning & operation shall also be deemed included in the quoted rates of BoQ. Nothing extra shall be admissible in this account. (v) Contractor’s quoted rate shall be deemed to include removal of dried sludge and its disposal outside MD land during the M&O period as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Testing of of incoming sewage and treated sewage shall be done by the contractor from any Govt. approved lab as approved by GE on a monthly basis during the M&O period and test report shall be submitted to GE. Contractor’s quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same. (vii) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift, he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 1500/- per shift and No payment shall be made for that shift.
