SMART COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS TO GE OFFICE, BSO OFFICE, MES QTRS, BSO YARD, STORAGE ACCN AND ANCILLARIES ALONG WITH CERTAIN REPAIRS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (N) AHILYANAGAR

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ backing and removing all rubbish/ dismantled material outside MD Land.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thick all as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated material (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material exc.250m but n exc. 500m and deposited where directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Glazed colour ceramic tiles 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured as approved by GE as in dado / skirting or on vertical surfaces, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free / rectified anti skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick matching to dado tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,(400x400)mm as in floor etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free / rectified vitrified/ ceramic light shade coloured tiles 8-10 mm thick as approved by GE (square /rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm,(600 x600)mm as in floor etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) set and jointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile etc complete all as specified and as directed

.-Ditto- all as per ser item No 10 above but on skirting and backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4
