S&F 1000 ltrs capacity white colour three layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with 20mm bore dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms /20 mm- 210 gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms), all as specified in SSR Part-I, including taking down existing unserviceable water storage tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for taking down of Shutters of any description exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in same opening after doing of necessary repair work such as greasing in hinges, wheels of shutters with other necessary repairs such as repairs/replacement of handles, locking system, hinges, bottom wheels etc whatever accessories are required for smooth functioning of gates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - The Rates for greasing in shutters and whatever required to make Steel shutters fully functional (Opening and closing properly) are included in the item itself . No extra shall be paid for the same.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc with dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling Trellis work (Jafri) one way, including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for Providing precast cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) by using 20mm graded aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma?sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A with dismantling of existing structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet as in sun-shades & in walls at certain places to be fixed by making of grooves cutting 75mm minimum with making good surface are inlcuded in the cost of item itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same. (ii) The pattern and design of sunshades to be fixed as per directions of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing including taking down of existing wall panelling and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated with crown or capstan head, screwed down, high pressure screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, Vitreous china wash basin pedestal type, white, flat back, size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including CP waste coupling & brackets and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan head chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Orissa pattern vitreous china squatting pan white of size 580x440mm with integral foot rest (Excluding flushing cistern and flush pipes) but including concrete bedding and P or S trap as required including PVC pipe up to finished floor level to connect flush pipe, making good all the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 10 ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including fitting and fixtures and taking down the old damaged cisterns and providing connections to WC and flush pipe without any damage to the existing fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel water tubing 15mm bore dia medium grade galvanised with and including necessary all fittings and fixtures complete fixed to walls, ceilings etc including taking down existing GI pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, tubular towel rail aluminium anodised, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, PVC connection pipe 15mm dia, 600mm long with PTMT check nuts and washer on both ends complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Granite 20mm thick table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platformsand like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with marble shade of Makrana white complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 with demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of new plastered wall surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over a priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over with 25mm thick sand cushioning over 75mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hardstanding including demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M&L for non asbestos cement building board 6 mm thick of make "E" board classic designer as specified in CA in ceiling fixed with screw with GI frame work snap grid frame work of 605x605mm including dismantling of old false ceiling, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel rolling shutter (thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top hood cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle and including taking down existing rolling shutter of any thickness complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 75mm thick PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Parking ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 7 to 8mm including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
