Supply and fix Pressed steel frames of sizes 165 mm x 60 mm x 1.25 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, etc all as specified and directed.

Repairs to loose hanging mild steel window/ ventilator shutters not exceeding 1sqm each including repairs to hardwares by welding for smooth functioning of the shutters including making good the welded surfaces to match with the existing window/ ventilator surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Windows are to be fixed to the buildings upto 3 stories height. (ii) Hardwares wherever required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule at respective item of BOQ as S&F.

Note:- Only aluminium shutter for the doors/windows/ ventilators shall be measured in sqm. All the aluminium fittings/fixtures such as butt hinges, tower bolts, handles etc, wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles (350x450 x 7mm thick ) on dado & skirting , set and spacer jointed with epoxy grouting in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering with rough finished in cement mortar 1:3 to received tile including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar backing removing, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling of existing unserviceable stone tiles alongwith cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed including bull nosing the edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, laid or laid dry and pointed etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Granite stone, 20mm thick, premium quality, any colour, as in flooring, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling of existing unserviceable stone tiles alongwith cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantiling of tiles of any dezcription or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directedetc, complete all as specified & directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 and finised the surfaces fair and even without extra cement etc, ncluding taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 mixed with water proofing compound over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed. Material and labour for Providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Removing existing roof/ chajjas treatment of any type like and any description of any description including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris outside the MOD premises (b) Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surface and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified in Particular specification and shall confirm to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

M & L for pulley operated clothes drying system consisting of anodized aluminium pipes 1.8 m length, each of outer dia 22m and inner dia 19.8 mm, pulleys made up of Delrin with rope guide mounted of channel pair of length 24 inches and clothes holder (distance between two pipes is sdjustable), locking system to hide rope knot, channel to be mounted or fixed with self-tapping screws provided in kit, rope will be ployester braided undyed of 4 mm dia and L angle made of 20mm square MS pipe, powder coated with provision for fixing pipes of pull-it system with 4 holes for mounting provided with mounting nails, etc completed all as specified and directed.
