Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtr and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Stone soling prperly handpacked filling interstices with kharnja stone & consolidated properly complete in all repsect.

Random rubble/ploygonal rubble (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

e) Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

Providing & laying reinfirced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) proportionally by weight with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg/cum minimum M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height as per HPPWD specifications with updated BIS norms. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

d) Stair cases (except spiral staircases) excluding landing but prepairing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor levels.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all height.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory and other frames, wrought, framed and fixed in position. Sal wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick 2nd. Class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in woodan frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. (a)250x16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type ) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. a)200x10mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handle anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with nacessry screws etc. complete. (a)125mm.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. hooks and eyes 150mm

6mm cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto all floor levels including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:16graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm ( average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete. 25mm thick

Kota stone slab 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillars laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm thick

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with exterior grade emulsion equivalent to Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered & knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. (a) White paint.

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- a)in grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered & knotting Ready mixed paint brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. a)110mm
