M/L for cleaning the fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust / sediments etc including writing of tank capacity, Date of cleaning, and next due date for tank to be cleaning for various capacities of DG Set.

Taking out self starter 12/24 volt from the DG Set, transportation to workshop opening/disconnecting all internal connection, cleaning the same taking out burnt armature, segrigation of serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with copper wire of existing size. Reassembling the same with replacement of of carbon brush 01 set, Beadex pinion 01 no, Half clutch assy 01 No, Field coil 01 No, solonoid switch 01 No commitator 01 nos and refixing the self starter on the engine at site and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing self starter part No. GSL 5A-24-12IR Make - Lucas /equivalent suitable for 24V 160/180/200/250 KVA DG set incl taking out of old unserviceable one.

Taking down the unserviceable radiator for 75/82.5/100/110/160/180/200/250 KVA from engine, transportation to the workshop dismantling the radiator, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping set incl replacement of defective copper core and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing in to the existing position & on the engine and testing complete.

Taking down the unserviceable radiator for 7.5/10/12/15/30/31.25/35/40/50/62.5 KVA from engine, transportation to the workshop dismantling the radiator, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping set incl replacement of defective copper core and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing in to the existing position & on the engine and testing complete.

Taking out exhaust silencer box and pipe from the DG set further dismantling the same. Decarbonising and cleaning the silencer box including replacement of nut, bolts, washers clamp/bracket and refixing. Rewinding with asbestos rope and powder (NOTE :- Asbestos rope and powder will be measured and paid separetely under respective items)

Inspection and finding out defects of 160/180/200/250 KVA Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves Electric Alternator including taking out burnt AVR,Glass Fuse and Diode and Supply and fixing Automatic Voltage Regulator Model. IEVR-2 Make KEL, Qnty.01, Diode as per existing size & capacity Qnty.06, Glass Fuse 2amps, Qnty.01 incuding wiring and and testing complete of DG Set all as directed.

All as above item no 33.00 here-in-before but 30/40/50/63/75/82.5/100/110 KVA

Taking out burnt rectifier assy from alternator of 160/180/200/250 KVA DG Set and supply and fixing rectfier assembly (set of three) suitable for 180/200 KVA DG Set including cleaning of existing winding of alternator and testing complete all as directed.

All as above item no 35.00 here-in-before but 75/82.5/100/110 KVA capacity

Taking out burnt/damaged slip-ring assy from alternator of 160/180/200/250 KVA DG Set and supply and fix slipring assembly suitable for 180/200 KVA DG Set including cleaning and applying insulating material on of existing winding of alternator and testing complete all as directed.

All as per item no. 37.00 here in before but 50/62.5/63/75/82.5/100/110 KVA DG Set.

Taking out of u/s carbon bush and carbon holder and alternator incl supply and fixing new carbon bush and holder cleaning & repairs to alternator for smooth functioning of slipring assembly of 160/180/200/250 KVA capacity all as directed.

All as per item no. 39.00 here in before but 50/62.5/63/75/82.5/100/110 KVA DG Set.

Supply and fixing Battery terminal cable , copper conductor multi strand, unsheathed, single core 25sqmm, 1.5 mtr long each for negative and positive terminal fixed/solder with battery terminal clamp and copper lugs each side of cable sitable for 180 AH Battery (Set of 2 nos.)

Taking out turbocharger from the DG set 75/82.5/100/110/160/180/200/250 KVA, transportation to work shop for repair, including dismantling the same cleaning and carrying out inspection of each components/spares segrigation of serviceable spares for reuse including Decarbonising machine, cutting, grinding polishing etc and re-assembling the Turbocharger with replacement of spare parts and refixing on existing position complete (NOTE :- Spares required will be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Disconnecting negative and positive terminal from Self Starter of DG Set and lead acid power unit 25 plate, 180 AH, Heavy Duty, taking out and further trasportation to work shop and back for repair.Inspection finding out defects, carefully dismentaling the power unit taking out serviceable and unserviceable components, keeping aside serviceable items for reuse. Repair/replacement of Grid plate, Positive/Negative plates and Cell Connection, Microporus Separator, Positive/Negative pole with Electrolyte sealing ring complete refixing with servicable items sealing the top with compound and testing.

All as per item no. 43.00 here in before but 60 AH to 100 AH KVA DG Set.

Painting to the DG Set of 160/180/200/250 KVA capacities by applying Ist grade of synthetic enamelled spray paint of approved make, brand and colours including fuel tank foundation base and panel board and cleaning & removing of existing rust grease oil spot etc and preparation of surfaces complete.

Dismantling all connection of oil service tank and drain out used residue sludge oil, cleaning all dirty foreign materials and scraping old paint and removal all rust with wire brush and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer and re-connection of all lines.

Scrapping old paint and removal all rust with wire brush including welding wherever required and applying two coat of red oxide on bottom of Incinerator chimney and applying two coat of heat resistance aluminium paint (Ist grade) upto the top of the chimney.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 23275.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 44). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
