All kinds of soil.

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

PLINTH PROTECTION DRAIN Providing drain with cement concrete (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. i) 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Poviding and applying two coats of two component epoxy zinc rich primer like Fosroc Nitozinc Primer or equivalent on the properly cleaned reinforcement after the required chipping and cleaning of the concreate surface as per the manufacyure’s specification at a dry flim thickness of 40 micron /coat.The epoxy zinc rich primer should have a adhesive bond strength with steel greater than 1.5 N/Sqm.Make:- Fosroc/ Sika/ Dr. Fixit/ BASF/ Choskey

Providing and placing free flow micro concrete of approved brand after fixing slurry tight shuttering. The microconcrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state.The micro concrete in the flowable consistency should achieve a compressive strength of not less than 10N/mm2 after 24 hours, 40N/mm2 after 7 days and 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30ºC. Most importantly, the cured microconcrete shall contain no metallic aggregates, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1 - 4%. The flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days. The microconcrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. The cured mortar shall achieve a compressive strength of 12 N/mm² in 1 day & 45 N/mm² in 28 days with Flexural strength 8 N/mm² in 28 days. Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated Electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. LOUVERS Providing & fixing louvers of size (450mmx300mm) at all heights with all leads- 3.5 mm thick toughened frosted glass louvers, 25 micron anodized aluminum sections for louver manufactured from best extruded aluminum sections from approved manufactures, the frame work fixed of jindal sections of minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 with standard approved fastenings or hinges as per details specifications with all the sections pretreated for removal of any rust and prevention of any further rust, M.S. Grill of required size, one primary coat of red-lead/red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per specifications and direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

VDF Providing VDF flooring for top coat of floor with dewatering of concrete by vaccum pump and sprinkling non-metallic floor hardner @ 5 kg/sqm followed by a coat of cement slurry mixed with Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent @ 1 kg over 1.25 sqmtr and 67 ml. Nitobond SBR latex. Over the levelling reinforeced cement concrete base 1:1.5:3 simulteniously casted as per specification. 10mm x 12mm groove @ 5 mtr. or equally distributed pattern to be cut and filled with Polysulphide Sealent as grouting compound. Complete and finished in all respect as per company specification and Engineer-in-charge. (The R.C.C. work will be measured and paid separetly)

UREA CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING Providing and applying a chemical and abrasion resistant, high build, two-pack epoxy-novolac system specially designed to provide a tough and impermeable high chemical resistant film at a thickness of 500 micron. The coating should able to resist wide range of chemicals both acid and alkaline having pH value 1 to 14. The cured flim should have Tensile strength 30 N/mm², Elongation 3%, flexure strength 45 N/mm², Compresive strength 95 N/mm².

RECRON 3S Extra over Analysis Item C10. Providing Recron 3S shall be mixed with the approved concrete and laid over prepared subbase. EXTERIOR PAINTS / COATINGS Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

DISTEMPERING Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.
