The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded.MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 50 percent of the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender Document during the last 2 proceedings financial years.

Tenderer should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS Certificate.Certificate should be in the name of the tenderer/OEM

Affidavit as per Section-XV 1st Party Tenderer Name, 2nd Party NameExecutive Engineer,PRE Division, Ballari should be uploaded

GST Returns should be uploaded from April- 2021 to March-2023.

Tender offer form as per proforma given in Section-VIII should be uploaded.

Tenderer should upload the compliance to the technical specification as per Section-VI.

Tenderer should upload the declaration in respect of Purchase, Payment Authority and Deliver Place as per Annexure-A.
