Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over PCC (while concrete is green) using approved liquid water proofing compound. Note: supply of liquid water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately and dosage as per manufacturer instructions, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compoud as approved by GE.

Material and labour for Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the old membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs/Sqm, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of epoxy primer @ 0.15 Kg per Sqm followed by two coats of polyurethane coating with 1.5 Kg per sqm in two coats etc complete as per manufacturer specification complete including cleaning surfaces and filling the cracks with PU based primer and sealent complete all as specified and as directed by Garrison Engineer/Engr-in-Charge. Notes : 1. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 3mm as per AS NZ 4548 (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. (iv) Tensile strength should not less than 2.0 N/sq.mm for free film & 60 % solid content as per ASTM C 1250 (v) Elongation should not less than 300% as per ASTM D2370 (vi) Solid content by weight should not less than 60%. (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 AT 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) should Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable. 2. The work shall be executed through auth applicator of manufecturer only. Contarctor has to provide manufecturer test certificates for the above mentioned technical parameters and PVs. 3. The conractor has to submit the guarntee for 10 Years against the water proofing treatment. Make:- Bostic, Berger,Fosroc, sika, Asian. 4. The rate quoted inclusive of filling the cracks with PU based primer and sealent and nothing extra shall be admissible.

Material and labour for applying epoxy based bonding material Nitobond EP of FOSROC or Techno Commercially equivalent of PIDILITE, BOSTIK over cleaned exposed reinforcement as well as new reinforcement provided for corrosion prevention and fresh plaster bonding to old concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

Material and labour for applying pressure guniting 40mm thick to all affected area of RCC/masonary structure including necessary scaffolding for the height of 6.5 metre from ground using sprayset HBL of Fosroc or equivalent of Pidilite @ 5 liters per 100 kg of cement and coarse sand in the ratio of 1:3 as per manufcturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Sprayset HBL of Fosroc or equivalent of pidilite chemical shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

Supply and fix for welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm fixed with necessary nails/fasteners and mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia etc at wall/floor/slab etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with and including non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 0.3 litres / Sqm bituminous primer confrming to IS-3384 and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm each layer complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed . The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0 Kg / Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100 mm on sides and 150mm on end laps and complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approval by GE. (ii) Contractor has to submit guarantee of treatment for 10 Years.
