Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Submersible pumpset, comprising of 1 pump and 1 electric driven motor with following specifications 3 phase, 415 volts, frequency 50 Hz, delivery size 100 mm, head of around 60 metres , discharge of around 1800 LPM respectively, having multi stages, rotor and winding wires should be of copper,impeller, motor body and pump shaft should be of stainless steel and the sealing should be oil seal, should have sand fighter design to restrict the entry of sand in motor and pump, protect the pump and motor bushes to perform well in sandy borewells and increase the life of pumpset, should have CED (cathodic electro deposition) coating for corrosion resistance and uniform coating, should be suitable for 350 mm bore well. Note: The price to be quoted by the contractor must be including the cost of lowering all the connected column pipe and complete set and setting it to work, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing MS steel column pipe (ERW) heavy duty of dia 150 mm, IS 3589 (1981), with both ends flanged complete with suitable size of bolts, nuts, washers, rubber packing, etc. complete all as specified and directed at site. Supply install testing commissioining non clog submersible centrifugal pump in 2MLD STP equilisation tank having dischage 42 M³ /Hr and head 25 M ,permissible solid size upto 100mm, SS impeller ,double mechanical seal,suction plate with support plate for stand,cast iron volute casing,support bracket/socket suitably grouted in equilisation tank base floor with duck foot bend,guide shoe , guide pipe adaptor, rubber diaphragm with suitable size single/double guide pipe made up of SS minimum thickness not less than 4mm,guide pipe holder etc pump should also have moisture sensor to indicate it in panel including of chain to pull the pump up ,coupled with suitbale size 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor in water tight housing IP68 as per IS 2147, class of insulation F, S1 duty cycle, working voltage 415± 10% ,frequency 50±5%,The capacity of motor shall be at least 15% in excess of BHP requirement of pump,stator housing, material of constuction CI duly painted,cable gland,cable protection tube, motor end cover ,eye bolt etc. The pump is provided with high and low liquid level controllers which avoids dry running of pump.Rate quoted is inclusive of suitable size multi core EBXL copper cable for motor and moisture sensor upto (40Mtrs) from motor to control panel star delt starter all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. M&L for cleaning and desilting the sewage equilisation tank of 2MLD STP at SRC location dewatering the complete, removing all the deposited sludge, soil and other material from the well including pumping out muddy water from the well by providing suitable pump sets from bottom level of well, scrapping out the scales / deposits from inner surface of the well thoroughly, washing with bleaching powder and soda ash, cleaning / bailing out settled materials completely by any means and removing sludge to a distance up to 3 km out side of defence land limit and dispose off in low lying area including dewatering as required for fixing support socket,guide pipe including taking down of existing sockets,guide pipe , delivery pipe if required making surface good with suitable class PCC to further grouting of new socket as recommended by OEM. Note:-(i) Contractor shall arrange his own diesel pump, T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumables like small screws, washers, grease, cleaning agents, Diesel & other consumables etc. and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted cost. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (iii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included All safety precautions which shall be taken while working in STP tank / under ground sump. (iv) Making good to the damages during the cleaning of the tank shall be sole responsibility of the contractor.
