Construction of Service Road from RD0.00km to 8.120km of Darpani Branch Canal of Rengali Right Irrigation Project

Clearing shurb jungles including uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1M girth on premeasurement including cost of all labour, machineries, T&P, cess etc. and depositing/ removing the materials/debris away from the work site with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-measurement is to be taken prior to execution of work)

Collecting, supplying, admixing and laying approved quality of sand and moorum admixture (1:2) in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm thickness, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other charges with all leads, lifts and de-lifts of all materials, labour, cess, T&P etc. complete including hire & running charges of PRR and all other charges incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in canal embankment including specified proud section for all heights using approved earth excavated by mechanical means from approved borrow areas (Contractor will arrange borrow area & earth with royalty at his own cost with all lead and lift & the Department will approve the same) including loading into transport vehicle, transportation by mechanical means & unloading the earth in canal embankment on properly prepared approved surface with all leads and lifts & delifts including spreading & leveling the earth in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in depth removing the undesirable materials, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size & making ready for compaction under OMC condition including all costs, royalty, cess & construction, maintenance, watering, lighting of haul road & borrow areas including cutting previously compacted country side slope to design section to receive turfing & utilizing the cutting earth in the design canal section complete with all cost for construction of approach road, pilling, dewatering with all costs & running charges of pumps & accessories, providing coffer dam including diverting the water away from the worksite, dressing & leveling the bed of the canal and sides complete with all costs for site illumination, mobilization, demobilization, approach road, diversion road, coffer dam & all charges, T&P etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work & as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be made on the finished level section.)

Watering earth work up to OMC condition, rolling and compacting by vibratory roller and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in canal embankment fill of all heights with all leads, lifts, delifts including specified proud section at optimum moisture content to achieve the required compaction of 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all machineries, mobilisation, demobilisation, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, royalty, cess, labour, water, T&P etc. with all costs incidental to the work complete as per drawing, specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition. Payment will be made on finished level section)

Providing, laying, spreading, compacting stone aggregate to water bound macadam of Grading-II ( 45mm to 63mm) including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and broomiming moorum or gravel as binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, labour, royalty & all other charges of all materials with T & P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading, compacting stone aggregate to water bound macadam of Grading-III ( 53mm to 22..4mm) including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and broomiming moorum or gravel as binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, labour, royalty & all other charges of all materials with T & P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying and laying approved quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm thickness, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty and all other charges with all leads, lifts and de-lifts of all materials, labour, cess, T&P etc. complete including hire & running charges of PRR and all other charges incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing of earthwork in slopes including filling of earth in rain cuts and slopes with selected earth at contractors own cost duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 6.25cm thick, conveyance by manual/mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts with royalty, cess including mobilisation, demobilisation, supervision charges with cost of all other materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. laying, trimming to proper design section as per approved drawings and specifications including watering the sods till survival of grass etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken after survival of grass)
