Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Structural steel work in welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying of priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respects..(All work at all levels complete.)

15mm Cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inclusive with Water Proffing material as desired by Engg incharge.

P/F of PVC 110mm PVC Btype Syrya Prakash Embeded in Concrete and opened in Race ways at multiple spots with all necessary Collars, Tees, Bends etc complete in all respects as desired aby Scientist Incharge.

Note:-The rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (Mechanical/Manual) from source to site work and all extra charges including dewatering if any during the execution of work till complete in all respects.
