PERIODICAL SERVICING/ REPAIR/ ROUTINE MAINT OF 1 MW SOLAR PLANT, CONNECTED E/M ITEMS AND OTHER MISC WKS

Design, supply, installation and testing of solar module panel capacity not less than 545 Wp or above MNRE approved, mono crystalline type, 60 Cell (minimum) /72 Cell duly connected using solar DC cables 1.1 KV, 4 Sqmm alongwith miscellaneous components like termination kits, lugs, sign boards, conduits etc. comprising of following technical specification and as specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Certification- The PV modules must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval as per IEC61215/ BIS14286

Periodical servicing and maintenance including supply of required lubricants and greasing the metal moving parts, checking the all alignments and movement of tracking of sun light of complete track motor (0.5hp 3-ph) set including micro controller based PCBs, VFD drivers, MODBUS communication including misc jobs required for propoer functioning of the system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for servicing of tracker motor Qty -12 Nos Dual axis & 02 Nos single axis.

Periodical servicing and maintenance of solar central modular inverter model ABB-PVS800-57-1000KW including carrying out of all safety checks as recommended by OEM, input & out put parameters checking, checking of cooling system, checking of efficiency, checking of user interface and communication, cable terminations, checking of grid support and grid function, checking of safety parameters monitoring and protection, inverter norminal rating 1000kw@50° and Maximum rating 1200kw @ 50°, PWM controlled IGBT two level inverter, MPPT single tracker etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Servicing shall be carried by Authorised agency of OEM (ii) All minor spares (up to Rs 2000) as required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of AC switching 3 pole AC power contactor, 1000V rated insulation, min 460A current rating, Auxillary contacts 01NO+01NC, 24-60V DC coil voltage, compatible to exisinting 1MW solar invertor including all necessary connectors, connections, cable in/out connections and misc items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: ABB-AF460-30 or its techno commercial equivalent in SIEMENS/Schneider/GE

Supply and fix in replacement of DC switching 3 pole DC power contactor, 1000Voltage rated insulation, min 460A current rating, Auxillary contacts 01NO+01NC, 24-60V DC coil voltage, compatible to existing 1MW solar invertor including all necessary connectors, connections, cable in/out connections and misc items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: ABB-GAF460-10 or its techno commercial equivalent in SIEMENS/Schneider/GE

Supply, testing, commissioning of track motor controller incluidng PCB with all necessary wiring & misc items required for proper functioning of track motor with respect to sun direction including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of VFD drive single phase, operating voltage 200-240V having power output 0.5 to 2hp suitable for track motor for operating to tilt panel to suitable direction including all necessary settings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Mitsubhashi D700 or its techno commercial equivalent in FUJI/L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/Yaskawa

Supply, testing, commissioning of roller leveler type limit switch with all necessary wiring, calibration, testing the level sensing & misc items required for proper functioning of track motor with respect to sun direction including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Honey well/Jhonson controls/Danfos or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fix in replacement of MC4 connectors for one modules shall be as per SPV modules string combinations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Ningbo or equivalent as approved by GE.

Periocial servicing and maintenance of online UPS 15kVA (Aux supply to solar inverter) input 3 ph, 400-440Volts, out put 1-ph, 230 volt AC including checking and calibration of all parameters including checking battery bank condition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
