Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation not exc 10 sqm on plan or laying of pipe etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI/DI water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of the following size of pipe for reuse or deposited to MES store yard :-

Supply,laying ductile iron pressure pipes,class K9,centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen suitable for rubber gasket push-on-joints (rubber gasket D joining)/Flange jointing, in any length,complete all as specified and as directed for pipes of the following bores:(Note:-Rubber gaskets & jointiong materials will be measured & paid separately.)

Supply and fixing includding jointing and testing of cast iron sluice valves class 1.6 ISI marked flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts,bolts,washers and gaskets for the following sizes. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for valve pit chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal ) with brick masonary valve chamber, PCC(1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick, 23 cm thick wall in cement mortar(1:4),10mm thick rendering with cement mortar(1:6), coping with PCC(1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate type B1 and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 8 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement and necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete including demoliton/dismantling of existing unserviceable valve pit all as specified and directed.
