Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition of brick work or PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quins, arches pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing,dressed stone works, precast concrete article as precast concrete block walling complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling as mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface chanel in drain complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

All as per item no.5 here in before but using old serviceable PCC Blocks as obtained vide item no.2 here in before set in CM(1:6) all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster in CM(1:6) on fair face of brcik or concrete surface ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped etds etc. all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there off over or under 30cm ditto-

Cleaning of drains to a depth exceeding 1.00 mtr but not exceeding 2.0 mtr and removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pilasters, pillars, boundary pillars and post (including caps and bases) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring /hard standing complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 22-25 mm thick , set , jointed and pointed with grey cement using pigmnets to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick cement screed (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.
