Providing and Laying APP(Atactic Polypropelene Polymers)modified prefabricated five layer,3 mm thick water proofing membrane ,black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25 deg C , 0.87 to 0.89kg/lit and viscosity 70-160 cps . Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc , and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 deg C as 350 /300 N/5cm . Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 deg C , cold flexibility shall be upto - 2 deg C whwn tested in accordance with ASTM D -5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised appicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3mm thick DSR 14.90.1

Providing and Pasting Superfil CP-706/Crackseal Paste or equivalent chemical in cracks with the help of spatula and filled surface should be levelled. Before filling paste Crack surface must be cleaned from loosely held particles, paint residues, oil, greasy substaces etc.Special care should be taken that no entrapped bubbles or cavity should be there. Second coat of superfil CP-706/Crack Seal should be applied over the 1st coat only after 2 hours. This treatment is best suitable for filling gaps upto 5 mm thick and deep. BCD 5.11.12

Providing two coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and preparring the walls, scafolding, washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. BCD 5.8.20

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including the cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.BCD 5.8.9

Extra for each coat of washing over exterior surface for each consecutive floor above first floor including scaffolding etc. all complete as per direction of E/I.BCD 5.8.10

Providing Ply wood partition upto 2.5M. height with 4mm thick commercial ply wood of standard make fitted and fixed both sides over sal wood frame of 50x50mm posts at 122cm.centres and 3nos. 50x50m m horizontal members including cost of anchoring the partition to floors and walls properly and providing 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming of approved shade and make and leaving space for doors if necessary all complete as per drawings on and direction of E/I. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilatorshutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions ofengineer-in-charge.
