Part A: Maintenance of 12 no electric substation of with maintenance of 11KV/3.3KV old busbar, earthpits, lighting etc

Erection of steel tubular pole of length exceeding 10 mtrs but not exceeding 12 mtr in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of street light junction box

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, ‘’C’’ curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole & neutral.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required: 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Fitting and fixing of street light on pole inside Substation

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.32A

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) [2X 30 meter]

Supply and erection of 11 KV Pin insulator with large steel head GI pins nuts washers etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11 kv disc insulator for 11KV OH line for galvanized insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with strain clamps, bolt nut washers etc. as required

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles, earthpits, slogan etc as required. 500 cm x 30 nos pole/structure/etc

Maintanence of bus-bar by providing skilled manpower

Maintenance of 3.3KV and 11KV double break GOS with spares like nut,bolt, clamps etc as required dismantling of burnt/defective one phase Male & Female fixed contact, moving contact etc and replace from the materials along setting it on the pole structure

Supply and fixing of PG clamp (Dog)

Supply and fixing of Al nut bolts of size suitable for 50 mm busbar

Supply and fixing of al-Tee connection pipe to pipe of placing bus bar

Supply and fixing of pad connector for goab and studs with aluminium bus bar of 48.3 mm pipe

Supply and fixing of alloy aluminium pipe inner dia 40.8 mm outer dia 48.3 mm wall thickness 3.6 mm

Supply and fixing of Al strip of 3 inch breadth, 4~5mm thick

Part B: Strengthening of 11 kV overhead line from Dhori sub-station to 12 no substation

Erection of Metallic pole of above 10 meter and upto 12 meter in cement concrete 1:3:6: (1cement:3coarse sand:6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. 3X50X3X 0.272kg/m

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and erection of 50mm x 8mm ms flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11KV/22 KV/33kv overhead line complete with clamps, bolts nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying and erection of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg per metre ) cross arm for 4 wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for over head lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of G.I. Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required with cradling

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminum over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms insulators etc as required

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard /strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Transporting of pole from different places to site.

Installation of one no of 100 kVA transformer

Dismantling of 1 no of defective 11 kV GOS

Supply and fixing of 11 kV, 400Amp GOS switch
