Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor or pavings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling or spreading and levelling in any thickness as in cushning/bedding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Interlocking tiles 60 mm thick of grade M-35 hydrolically pressed pre-PU paint coated in any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 and laying as required pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Chequred cement concrete tiles glossy finished colour of pigments as directed in size of 300x300x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for coping/benching complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block/Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, brought upto coursed stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1.:4 complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as Specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks, and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 type C-1 as in block masonery exc 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks,exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 but except PCC blocks complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 other than fair faces of brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for three coat of white wash on newly plastered surfaces walls including preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and level in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in pavings/hardstanding finishing with extra cement and broom finish impression surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dressed granite trap/precast cement concrete type 1:3:6, 12.5 mm raded stone aggregates as in Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held againstthe dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar1:6 and struck flush, including taking down existing kerb stone of any description and removed to out of defence land and deposited not exc 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of primer including perparation of new surfaces of brick, comcrete and stone wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing/expanded mental or mesh exeeding 4 Kg/sqm fixed in steel, wood fillets, concrete posts etc of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wores, any mesh size and type to any number of strands, rails, straining bolts etc or tieing with binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing MS galvanised of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts incuding cutting tops to shapes as directed incuidng all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screws, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates, cleats, MS flate, riviting etc not exc 10 Kg each brackets, confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of primer including perparation of new surfaces of steels over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
