Complete Shed for badminton court Badminton Shed area(80’x48’)with 30’ clear height excluding truss with rain water drain connected with 8” P.V.C vertical pipe fixed with clamps Shed area with flooring C.C.(flooring 80’x 48’) height from base to Floor 1.5’. Excavation for foundation with foundation bolt 4’upto required depth PCC1:4:8 with stone blast 3” thick M.S Girders, Purlins, rafters, angles, columns,beams and trussesfor side covering above brick work and for roof with powder coated sheets. (All MS work shall be painted with enamel paint). (a) Types of powder coating: 5 layer polyethylene /5 layer poly propylene/External fusion bonded epoxy link/Internal epoxy coating link. (b) Cladding & Roof Sheets. Prepainted galvalume Aluminium Zinccoated GI basis corrugated steel sheet 3 mm thick of blue colour having tensile strength of 850 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws. All MS work shall be painted with enamel paint of choice (i) Apply one coat Red Oxide. (ii) Apply two coat synthetic enamel paint (Colour Green). Provision for 04 Nos, Air Circular exhaust fans at the top of the roof 18” (450mm dia). Aluminium frame powder coated windows 4 Nos 4’x4’ in size CC flooring with 1:1.5:3 mix 2” thick with cement slurry

Acrylic 8 layer Badminton Synthetic flooring (one layer primer coat, one layer of resurfacer coat, three layer of rubber coat, two layer of base coats, one layer top coat).

In this system there will be 12 LED 100W flood lights, 4 placed on the sides
