Comprehensive maint of E/M works and cooling appliances at Guwahati Transit Camp

M & L maintenance and servicing of DG set complete including draining out of diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump and cleaning, replacement of gaskets, fuel filters, oil filters, air cleaner elements and the worn out parts like fuel flexible pipes, nuts, bolts, fuel line etc . filling the starting battries with electrolyte, applying petroleum jelly in battery terminals poles, checking of voltage, amps, fuel, water and exhaust leakages etc including refilling engine oil and radiator coolant , tightning all the nuts and bolts to the required torque and testing complete of following 100 KVA DG sets all as directed.

Dismantling the radiator from DG Set 100 KVA and transporting to civil workshop for necessay repair/cleaning the radiator with acid mixed water complete and removal of Scaling from choked lines, soldering the leaking fins tubes and welding where necessary the sides of radiator assembly to make leak proof and refixing the same all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only for best quality of engine oil 15w40 of Dg Sets where directed and as specified. Make:-Valvolin/Castrol/Servo.

Supply only of best quality anti freezing, inhabitor Corrosion (Coolant ) liquid for DG set Make : Indian Oil Corporation/ Valvoline/ Mahindra/ servo or equivalent)

Supply and fixing in replacement Automatic voltage regulater(AVR) for following capacity of DG Sets. (a) 100KVA DG Set

Supply and Replacement of battery terminal for DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Battery lead 2mtr long Red & Black 20mm dis Copper wire with thimble complete as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and replacement battery distilled water for the DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of 'V' belt for water pump suitable for following capacity DG Sets Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 100KVA DG Set

Supply and replacement of Dynamo Assy complete of 24/12 volt for following capacity DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. a) 100 KVA DG Set

Supply and Replacement of Oil seal front and rear suitable side for following Capacity DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 100KVA DG Set

Supply & fix Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr, Kisok outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.14 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with both side opening doors, locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 250A current & 4 ways. PVC sheathed with colour coding incl 200 Amps 4 Pole MCCB and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour rewinding of burnt out 3phase motor taking out winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing including testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of motor 10HP

Material and labour for taking out submersible pump set from bore well with the help of chain pulley and tripod , lowering in the same bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour rewinding of burnt out submersible pump motor with super quality copper winding wire of required gauge insulation with insulating material, drying, varnishing etc, and testing complete all as specified and directed for submersible pump set up to 10 HP

M & L for servicing and replacement filtre media of Iron Removal Plant (IRP) of 10K Gln/Hrs Capactiy, unserviceable strainers, packings and nuts/bolts/washers etc of IRPs and deposited to place where directed including cleaning the surfaces of IRP and all accessories with emery paper, preparing the surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surfaces and two coat of black bituminous paint on inner surfaces and connecting pipes as per colour codes and filling fresh filter media (i.e Faine sand, Trated sand, activated carbon, anthracite, Gravesl from 1/2 inch to 1 Inch) with replacement of unserviceable parts ect all as specified and directed.

Servicing and Maintenance of split type AC's of capacity 1.5/2 TR comprising of the following tasks installed at different locations including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Inspecting and checking the Indoor/outdoor units for noise free operation. (b) Checking the electrical connection for tightness. (c) Cleaning the condenser with cleaning agent followed with pressurized water and cleaning the cooling coil with air blower.(d) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor.(e) Checking for any refrigerant leakage.(f) Checking for serviceability of remote control unit.

S&F in replacement of running capacitor 36 mfd for split type AC unit as required at Site and as directed.Make : Havells/Epcos or ISI Marked

Supply and fixing in replacement of starting capacitor for split type A/C's of capacity 1.5/2 TR complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Epcos or ISI Marked

Repair & replacement of indoor blower fan motor of split type AC Suitable 1.5/2TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to leaking area of split type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2 TR capacity including Nitrozen pressure testing, dehydration and filling of gas charging complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of air filter for split type A/C units of capacity 1.5/2 TR as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing insulation to copper tubing’s from Indoor to outdoor units with foam insulation followed with PVC flexible pipe 50mm with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 3 core copper PVC insulated of size 4Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Repair & replacement of swing motor indoor unit as per existing model/make for split type AC 1.5/2TR unit all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair & replacement of suction lines copper pipes of suitable size with foam protection as necessary at site
