Supply of PRS/PCV
Group-I Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, testing, Installation and commissioning of Pressure Regulating Station (PRS): Inlet pressure X Outlet pressure: 24 kg/cm2g X 14-18 kg/cm2g, Flow capacity of 315000 SCMD, PRS shall consist of dual stream Regulation Skid. -Pressure Regulation shall be dual stream (1W+1S) configuration, Pressure Regulation (Self actuated PCV in active, Monitor configuration) shall be automatic change-over provision , along with necessary Instrumentation such as gauges(PG), Pressure Transmitter, valves (slam shut-off valve, creep relief valve,, flow control valve), Pipe, drain and vent lines, Tubes and fittings and accessories like Expander, Reducer, Meter straight runs, erection of hardwired cable and cabling, skid edge junction box, and also including skid canopy, NRV’s, along with all associated accessories in accordance with attached P&ID, Datasheets, Specifications etc., along with this requisition.
Group II: Item 1 Pressure Control Valve (PCV): Inlet X outlet line size 8”, Class 300#. Inlet pressure X Outlet pressure: 37.5 kg/cm2g X 24.5kg/cm2g, Flow capacity of 41250 SCMD. along with all associated accessories in accordance with attached P&ID, Datasheets, Specifications etc., along with this requisition.
Group II: Item 2 Supply of Pressure Control Valve (PCV): Inlet X outlet line size 3”, Class 300#. Inlet pressure X Outlet pressure: 24.5 kg/cm2g X 17 kg/cm2g, Flow capacity of 1200 SCMH. along with all associated accessories in accordance with attached P&ID, Datasheets, Specifications etc., along with this requisition
