Construction of Bitumen Road

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, Sundries required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and the direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in all kind of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift icluding rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Loosening minimum 150mm thick, Leveling Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate construction of earthen embankment, sprinkling water to OMC and compacting by rolling so as to achieve minimum required, density table 300-1,300-2 in embankment construction as per technical specification part I/II under CL 303 & 112 table No.- 300-1 of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H(5th revision) complete including full compensation of all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for the finised defect free item of work complete to specification as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(AR-2006/Pg.No.158/Sr No.37)

Providing,laying Moorum in Sub base in layers not exceeding 150mm thick,watering and rolling with PRR up to OMC specification including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactcting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (See Page no-160,Item no 39 of AoR-06)

PrProviding,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tripper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnesto achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (See Page no-166,Item no 42 of AoR-06)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the granular surface using mechanical means.including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to therequired grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (See Page no-169,Item no 45 of AoR-06)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, libratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of M oSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (See Page no-175,Item no47 of AoR-06)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (As per DATA BOOK sl no 8.13 (803))

Dismantiling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 metres lead. including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc (See Page no-222,Item no 23 of AoR-06)
