Demolition of dressed stonework, pre-cast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified & directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified & directed

Dismantling RCC posts or struts ( steel, RCC) any section including taking down embedded portion in normal ground and making good as disturbed ground all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises.

Demolition of rienforcemed Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing all the rubbish all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M & L Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M & L Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface chanels & drains all as specified and as directed

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in 75 mm thick sub-base to flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded agrregate as in solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs and the similar item of work set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces, including use of necessary form work complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed. Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

M & L Mild steel work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh or etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 and E-165 all as speicified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11mm to 15mm dia neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 10cm long and n exc 15 cm long all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipsetc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers,binders etc cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipsetc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doo0rs etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging confirm to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality B fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be included the fixing of line wires mentioned in item No 7 herein before.

S & F in repairs Galvanised iron barbed wire 2 strand 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standards rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised steel wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link M S galvanised fencing with 4mm dia galvanised steel wire any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L machine pressed pre cast concrete, rubber moulded, coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade over & including 50mm punned thick sand cushioning all as specified and directed. Note :Size and shape of the paver block shall be as decided by GE.

M & L cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded of size 300mmx300mm, 25mm thick se, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match colour of tiles over & including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed all as specified and directed. Note :Size and shape of the designer tile shall be as decided by GE.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered walls surface and applying two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of self primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of of new plastered walls, pillasters, cornices, etc. surfaces and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L One coat of Antifungal weather proof exterior emulsion paint on old decorated surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., including necessary preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down and stopping all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including necessary preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down and stoppingand applying two coats of Antifungal weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of self primer on walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., all as specified and as directed

M & L concertina coil, medium barbs, 450mm dia over top of security wall and fixed adequately using stainless steel clips and as per manufacturer instruction including taking down old coil all as specified and directed.
