Schedule-I : Engineering Services (Phase -I & Phase -II)

Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing :- Conducting route survey of the Lumding Town as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals, showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & floating Barge, important land marks in both side of the roads, reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works/ surveying by Boat for floating Barge, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer and after approval shall be executed for entire project area.

Schedule-II : Intake floating Barge (Phase -I)

A) Intake floating Barge :- Design, installation, development, testing and commissioning of Steel Floating Barge (Tentitive : 10 x 6 with 30 mtr) Metallic Floating Walkway at location. Providing & supplying A.C. Building board in Ceiling with necessary nails, suitable board screws including beading of suitable material, Providing Repainted Galvanised Iron Sheet Roofing (RPGI), Providing Repainted G.I. Sheet accessories (Ridges/valley, Gutter/flashing), providing M. S. skeleton frame for false ceiling, Partitions, Painting in three coats on new steel & other metal surface with ready mixed bituminous paint including cleaning the surface, Providing deck fitting of approved specification on board the barges. Providing mooring materials, Lifesaving & Firefighting equipment’s on board the barges as directed & Specified. Providing & Supplying electrical arrangements for light/fan/call bell point with all materials, including Transportation of equipment, erection at site, setting the work etc. all complete as required and as directed. Fabrication and supplying, Getting Permission from naval officer before descending the Barge in the river water , payment to All Permission to Concerned Authority, etc complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

B) Mechanical Works for Barge Raw water Pumping :- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of New Proposed Raw Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) on Barge of (Tentitive 85 HP, 24.31 LPS, 155 Mtr Head, 3 nos. (2 working + 1 standby)) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/Matharon/ Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve, Butterfly valve PN 1.6 etc., All piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydro Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specification. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Pump capacity may be altered as per design of EPC contractor.

C) Electrical Works for Barge Raw water Pumping :- Design, Supply & erection of wall / floor mounted LT panel with suitable size Incomer 250 Amp. MCCB from transformers, Pumps feeders supplied with MCB/MCCB & DOL/Star Delta/Soft starter with EMPR for motor protection. (DOL up to 7.5HP and Star Delta up to 35 HP and Soft starter above that). Also have Spare MCB of 16 amp (2 Nos) and 32 amp (1 Nos). The panel should be SCADA Compatible with power analyser and can be operated remotely from SCADA System. APFC Panel (30 KVAR) : Suitable Rating of KVAR capacity 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Contactor Logic & Intelligent Relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP/MPP type capacitor units with Detuned (harmonic filter) reactors of suitable rating and compliance to IEC 61439 and power quality IEC 61921 standard. Providing and extending earthing to all electrical & Mechanical equipment from transformer thru 25x3 GI Strip. Supplying, laying & terminating XLPE armoured LT cable 3/3½/4 core aluminium conductor with continuous 12 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe for all equipment as per standard and IE Rules. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware. Providing internal and External Lighting with concealed PVC pipe (20mm), flexible single core copper wire along with Switch boards, normal sockets, power sockets, LED lighting, Fans, Exhaust fans for Barge. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.Pump capacity may be altered as per design of EPC contractor.

D) Instrumentation works For proposed WTP :- Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PLC Panel of (size approx. 1000 mm X 700 mm X 1500mm (LBH)), Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA System for pump house, Pressure transmitter - Pencil type 0-10bar Designing, Supplying, Installing, commissioning & testing of pressure transmitter CE marked, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following sizes Motorized Butterfly valve, Design, Supply, Installation, commissioning, testing of Turbidity Analyser as per ISO 7027,Supply, install and commission Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) As Per ISO 4064, Supply and Erection of signal Cables for Technical Specification wherever required. All the Instrumentation works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main (Phase -I)

DI - K9 Pipes for Raw water Pipes and Specials :- Design, Providing, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of raw water transmission main of S&S Centrifugally (Spun) / Ductile Iron K-9 Pipes conforming to IS : 8329, push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket, appurtenances and chamber air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, MS dismantling joint, rubber ring and suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut and bolt etc. complete. The joint should have long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges LOF (length over flange) should not be less than 75% of dia including third party inspection (Pre and Post), all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading,. Including dismantling of all type of pavements, and foundations Including Excavating trenches in all types of strata of required width for pipes, sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated soil, bedding, dewatering if necessary, thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals & refilling, including all upto commissioning, as directed, including Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/ BM/ BT/ Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC Thrust blocks wherever necessary, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. This item includes Oxidation Induction Time Test confronting to IS 4894:2016 at both ends by two different agencies through Perkin Elmar Instrument and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule IV : Proposed Water Treatment Plant (2.8 MLD) (Phase -I & Phase -II)

A) Civil works for Proposed WTP (Phase -I) :- Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Complete Water Treatment Plant of capacity 2.8 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Cascade Aerator, flash mixer (MSEP), Clariflocculator, Filter Bed and Chemical House, Pure Water Sump and Pump House Channels & Filtration followed by disinfection Auto Chlorination system (Pre & Post) fixing and installation up to commissioning with construction of RCC Chlorine Room of minimum 14 Sqm.as per instruction of the Engineer - in -Charge at the WTP Location, including all necessary Mechanical Work suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant, Provision for Back Washing, Chemical house with Laboratory Facility including laboratory equipment and having provision for one Water Works Office and Storage accommodation, filter back wash water tank, sludge disposal system, recycling of back wash water, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including all internal and external electrification work for compound lighting etc., back wash water pump with necessary piping work etc., and including Internal electrification work (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Design and Construction of pure water sump of required capacity & pump house having all appurtenances & provision for all inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement; calibrated water level indicator; Air Vent Pipe; Men Hole with Cover; CI Lugs inside the sump etc., and complete finishing of the pump room having steel casement window / ventilator, MS Rolling Shutter, C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener, internal electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., including dewatering if necessary all complete, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

(B) Mechanical works for Proposed WTP (Phase -I) :- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of New Proposed Treated Water Pumping machinery (Tentitive (Centrifugal Pumps) of 20 HP, 23.87 LPS, 34 Mtr Head, 3 nos. (2 Working + 1 Standby); Centrifugal Monoblock pump set of 5 HP, 10 LPS, 12 Mtr Head, 2 nos. (1 Working + 1 Standby) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/ Matharon/Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Air Blower with motor( Twin lobe type), Capacity -1200 M3/hr. Pressure- 0.4 Kg/cm2 & 25 HP/1500RPM IE-2 Electric Motor. Supplying and Erection of Lifting equipment chain block pulley with travelling trolley (1 Ton) with 6 mtr lift for clear water pump and blower. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

All the Instrumentation works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule VI : Elevated Service Reservoirs (Phase -I)

Elevated Service Reservoir :- Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1(One) Zonal Overhead service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and 1000 cum capacity and minimum 20.00 m staging height at locations under the command areas to be served. Reservoirs have RCC pile Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, RCC spiral case from GL to top of roof, M.S. ladder with guard ring, RCC ventilator, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified including construction of operator room and compound wall in the premises and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

E) Flow Control Valve for Flow Measurement at the DMAs :- Supply, installation and commissioning in all respect as per Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, including calibration in third party laboratory, Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064, f as per given specifications for following sizes including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cables, pipe cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter in Electrical panels with locking arrangement, commissioning and erection all complete and pressure transmitter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications at the Outlet of WTP (2 Nos.) and as per direction of Engineer. Design, cost of brick work with plaster from, restoration of the periphery, including the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. The item shall be as per specification, drawing and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

A) House Service Connection :- Providing House Service connection from the distribution network pipe lines comprising of PVC Saddle Piece, Brass Ferrule Cock and average 8.0 m. long reputed Brand 3 layer (Outer green coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and innermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R (Poly propylene- random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting etc. including all necessary earth work, restoration of road as per existing condition including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), hooking up of the service connection with the nearby distribution directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

B) Domestic Water Meter and Meter Box :- Providing, installing and giving satisfactory field testing of water meter (domestic type) with ISI mark as per IS 779/1994, horizontal inferential multijet type with magnetic drive and dry dial suitable for ambient 50° C Temperature duly sealed against tampering, complete with couplings at both ends and conforming to class A as per IS 779/1994 (VI Revision) Third party inspection. Water Meter Conforming to IS: 4064 along with manufacturer's test certificate and guarantee certificate, with 5 years warranty, including cost of all materials, reducer, meter box as per specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

A) NH Road Crossing permission charges (Phase -I) :- includes necessary permission charges, documentation, work execution with HDD technology with cost of materials, labour, with cost of casing and carrier pipe all taxes including GST, clearing the site after work done with.as per specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

B) Rail Way Crossing :- Through Jack Pushing as per attached network system in the bid document including all administrative cost and right of Way. The scope includes Fabrication thick with Casing Pipe- Pipe jack for crossing with Jacking and Pushing method. The item include pushing jointing of required diameter MS pipe of required length, construction of Receiving and Jacking pit with suitable shoring and strutting (if required), including installation of jacking platform, thrust resistant arrangement of required capacity including , shoring, shuttering, MS Testing - thick Casing Pipe- Flushing, Hydro testing, labour, pumping, etc. all complete, as per the approved drawings (including diameter & location) of the Railways and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

C) River /Nalla Crossing :- Through Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Including all administrative cost and right of Way. RCC & Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work M30 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level FE-500 The item include Coffer dam, Dewatering, labour, pumping, etc. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc Welding by gas & electric in all positions with required number of runs, for M. S. pipes internally and / or externally all complete, as per the approved drawings (including diameter & location) of the River/Nalla and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

D) RCC Protection Wall (Phase -II) :- Design & Construction of Protection Wall of 275 m long & 6m meter height (above GL) Wall with RCC M30 Concrete adjacent to WTP Premises along Bank of River Including Providing Weep holes ,Including Providing & Supplying Material required Material of 13 mm to 20mm grade aggregate, course sand, Cement , Reinforcement of Various Dia. Wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non-glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

E) RCC Security Room (Phase -II) :- Room having 9 sqm area for Choakidar having with 600 mm. high plinth finished floor height as per design and drawing. 1st. class local hard Wood door frame, 1st. class local hard Wood panelled shutter , Floor Tiles Finishing , internal wall finished with plastic paint & exterior surfaces finished with weather coat cement paint etc. including all necessary internal water supply & sanitary installation work,, internal and external electrification (with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., necessary plinth protection work, suitable drainage system as directed by Engineer-in-charge and specifications( one quarter of 9 sqm with above facilities) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

F) Admin Building (G+1) (9x6) (Phase -II) :- having units each 54 sqm dwelling unit for Admin Building having total plinth area of 54 Sq.m. with 600 mm. high plinth & 3300 mm. finished floor height as per design and drawing. Entry veranda having aluminium casement window/ ventilator, 1st. class local hard Wood door frame, 1st. class local hard Wood panelled shutter (Toilet door shall be of solid moulded PVC frame & 25 mm. thick PVC shutter),with internal usable area Floor Tiles Finishing , internal wall finished with plastic paint & exterior surfaces finished with weather coat cement paint etc. including all necessary internal water supply & sanitary installation work, construction Septic Tank, internal and external electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., necessary plinth protection work, suitable drainage system white ant treatment etc. , all complete, as directed and specified. And one quarter of 9 sqm with above facilities and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

G) 11 Kv Express Feeder (Phase -II) :- For new WTP with all materials and equipment as per APDCL specifications and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule-XI : Operation and Maintenance (Phase -1 & Phase -II)

Operation and Maintenance (after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project) :- Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non-civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Water Treatment plants (Existing & proposed) pumps and motors, pumping stations, Floating barge, including mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and SCADA systems, it also includes scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system, road restoration, periodical water testing cost, from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge. for Five years as per specifications attached and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
