Supply and installation by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM, of external, wide area, early steamer emission OPR 30 type lightning arrester made of robust stainless steel & tested Standard stated in French Standard NF C17- 102, and IEC 62305-2. It is capable of polarizing the tip with a voltage of 600V to 10-20kV/m synchronized with an approaching lightning and triggering a powerful upward streamer with speed of 1m/µs into the air, with average time gain of 25 microseconds earlier than naturally formed streamers. Its upward streamers are strong enough to withstand applicable cyclonic wind speeds.The serial number displayed on the ESE lightning arrester shall be duly supported with the "certificate of country of origin" issued indicating the serial number of the product supplied. The ESE terminal must offer protection radius of 48 Mtrs. in Protection Level - I (high protection) and preferably to be mounted on the roof top of the building. ( Make: ABB)

Supply and installation by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM of stainless steel support Mounting Mast 30 mm dia to hold early steamer emission OPR 30, of robust design with guy wire and base plate alongwith all accessories like clamps, shaddles, holding arrangements to fix mast to building structure at highest point such that the air terminal is 5 mtrs above the tallest structure Mounting Mast. (2 Mtrs. and 3 Mtrs. with Guy wire and Base Plate)

Supply and installation of lightning Stroke Counter by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM working electro mechanically without any power supply.The recorder shall be of non-resettable type with the electro-mechanical display. No LCD screen is permittted as it may depend upon the battery life to energize the LCD. The lightning stroke recorder shall be duly tested & certified inline with the ESE lightning arrseter in an international labortaory for an impulse current (8/20 micro sec) and should count lightning strokes of 0.4 Ka to 150 Ka. Supply and Laying of Down Conductor G.I.Strip of 50/6 mm ( length - As per Actual), both Verticle and Horizontal, clamping by saddles not exceeding 500 mm apart with 35/8" screw for fixing in wall complete with full threaded bolts with nuts and double washers incl. mending good damages to building work. Finishing the ends of the above Strip by Nut and Bolts, etc.

Hiring charges for Scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for ESE OPR 30 LA installation.

Supply and Installation by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM of Medium Pipe (10 ft. long, 2" dia G.I.Pipe along with earth rod and Chemical Gel filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with permenant sealings at both ends - ( Make Standard, ISI Brand )for Earthing and for inter connection of Earthing under ground (of 3 meters X 1nos. per pit) with 3 Earth pits of 10 feet deep each.

Supply and Laying of maintenance free earthing terminal which consist of Ground Resistance Improving Furse Cem Conductive Aggregate material, tested as per BS. 1 bag of 25 kg. per Pit, to make it maintenance free and provide low resistance in the earth terminal to be executed by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM only.

Supply of 150mm dia PVC pipes & fittings schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with GI pipes as per IS:1239 (Part-I) standard length of 6 Mtr (Page 13, Item 19(II)A Sanitary & plumbing 2017)

Supply of 150mm Dia PVC strainer of approved make with adater conforming to I.S. 12818 specification . Standard length of 6 Mtr (Page 52, Item 6(IV)A Sanitary & plumbing 2017)

Supply of 150mm Dia Steel cutter piece with socket/CI plug cutter with bottom plug. (Page 53, Item 9 Sanitary & plumbing 2017)
