Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flame proof point wiring complete with 2.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable of 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor, concealed type, drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit, heavy duty and conduit accessories, ISI marked, fixed on wall, roof, ceiling, etc. and including provision of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLSH, ISI marked as earth continuity conductor, fabricated sunken terminal box, made out of 1.22mm thick sheet steel duly painted and fixed on walls with 3mm thick bakelite, ISI marked top cover with brass/ chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket outlets, fan, regulators, etc. complete all as specified and as directed of the followings :-

S&F as in repairs LED light fitting 60 watt, flame proof well glass in die cast Al housing with heat resistant toughened glass, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including nuts, bolts, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton Greaves, Cat No. FWL1315-60-CDL or equivalent model in make specified in Particular Specificatins.

S&F as in repairs LED light fitting 40/45 watt, flame proof well glass in die cast Al housing with heat resistant toughened glass, CMRI certified recommended for gas / vapor group of IIA & IIIB Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including nuts, bolts, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed. S&F as in repairs for 120 watt LED flood light fitting, LED flood light luminaire with high pressure die cast housing acting as heat sink in order to ensure better performance of the luminaires, complete including clamp, nut, bolts, etc. and other accessories for fixing including cable for connection after and including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs for building security light 35 watt LED light fitting, new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP-65 roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and exclusively designed polycarbonate cover alongwith electronic driver complete after and including taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 20 watt intregated LED tube light fitting, 4 feet, suitable for single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches/passing through pipe/on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of the saddle and clamp for fixing of cable on wall is included in this rate.
