M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x7 mm to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:3) , including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles, light shade, 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.11 sqm not exceeding 0.18, in floors etc. laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg per sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm ( size 600 mm x 600 mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases or making holes, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SCH-40 fitting on walls / ceiling or laying in floors/wall including all fitting such as (brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded adaptor etc) union ,ball valves, flange and tank adaptor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SCH-40 fitting on walls / ceiling or laying in floors/wall including all fitting such as (brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, female threaded adaptor etc) union, ball valves, flange and tank adaptor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
