Granite (of any type) work 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms vertical surface and like with and including 15mm thick bedding in CM 1:6 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the colour of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including cutting out holes for taking out holdfasts and filling the same with PCC 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) , forming jamb if required and plastering jamb cill soffits with CM 1:4 full thickness of wall and side of walls if broken upto 300mm each side during dismantling and making good surfaces with preparation and painting the surfaces with two coats of matching colour on outer and inner surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of old wood surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.
