Supplying and filling with M-Sand sand for inveltor filter in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm confirming to IS specified grading(to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing steel centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinth beam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc., using MS sheets 10 gauge thick of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c duly supported and removing the strutting after specified period without damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying in position, Plain Cement Concrete of M 15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and down graded (60% of 40 mm and 40% of 20mm) confirming to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of Reinforced cement concrete of grade M 20 Design mix using machine crushed hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Fabrication supplying and fixing the Screw Gearing Shutter of size 0.75 x 0.90m made out of 8 mm thick Skin plate covered with ISA 75 x 75 x 8mm for outer frame of size 0.75 m in horizontal direction of 2 nos and vertical direction of size 0.90 m of 2 nos with additional, horizontal angle of 2 nos and vertical angle of 2 Nos with ISA 50 x 50 x 6mm , The Groove frame to a height of 4.00 m made out of 75 x 75 x 6mm thick MS angle both sides welded face to face with required hold fast arrangements, sill beam of ISMC 125 shutter width plus 0.30m for bearing. The Top Channel of ISMC 150 x 75 x 6mm (2 Nos.) shutter width plus 0.60m for bearing. For lift the shutter , screw gearing rod arrangements consists of 63mm dia, 5.5 m long with headset and required threading, Extra heavy type cast Iron head set with bottom plate, Heavy type hexagonal nut made with MS threading to avoid emersion easy operation. The rate includes cost of materials, erecting labour, using heaving machinery, conveyance to site of work, one coat of Red oxide and two coat of anti-corrosive Block enamel paint , taxes in force etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers including Conveyance of shutter materials, labour,equipments such as power generators, gas cutting equipments, drilling machines, welding machine, derick post, chain pullies etc from workshop to work site etc, including the deduction of old materials, complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.

The Top beam of 150 x 75 x 6mm (2 Nos.) shutter width plus 0.60m for bearing.
