Earthwork excavation over areas in all soils except soft and hard rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means and disposing off & levelling the soil within a distance of 50 metre.

Earthwork excavation in foundations in soft rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means upto a depth not exceeding 1.5m including shoring and dewatering, if necessary and disposing of surplus excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar at all levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing Reinforced cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork as per specifications.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring.

Providing, centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. upto first floor (not exceeding 4 mtr. height) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of SAIL / RINL/TATA make at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars manufactured in the brand name of SAIL/RINL/TATA shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.

Note : 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprisin of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.

Note : 3. the contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.

Note : 4. 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment .

Note : 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material as per specified grading, spreading in uniform layers on the prepared surface, mixing at optimum moisture content and compacting with vibratory roller/mechanical earth rammer to achieve the desired density complete.

For grading - I material (with 75mm and down size aggregates)

For grading - II material (with 53mm and down size aggregates)

Cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick consisting of 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:1½:3 with 10mm size aggregate as under layer, and 12mm thick wearing surface with METALLIC FLOOR HARDNER cement being mixed with metallic floor hardener of approved quality and make in proportion of 4:1 (4 cement : 1 Metallic floor hardener) by weight and cement hardener compound mixed with 6mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including, ramming, finishing, to required levels or slope, providing, dividing strips, curing etc. complete generally as recommended by the manufactures etc. complete.

With aluminum dividing strips of size 25mm x 3mm

Providing and laying/fixing in position 18mm thick machine polished granite slabs of approved colour and quality including machine/hand cut, polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (curvature corners if required) in cement mortar 1:3 with best workmanship, finishing, curing, complete in platforms, shelves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facias, treads and risers etc. complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of following thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of Alankar/Parex or other approved make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

80mm thick interlocking paver blocks

Providing & fixing in position readymade precast cement concrete Kerb Stone 80mm thick of approved design & pattern of size 300mmx350mm & having a min. compressive strength of 350 Kg/sqcm, including the cost of excavation, necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedment of kerb stone, necessary formwork if required etc. as per specification, close jointed & pointed with cement paste including finishing the surface smooth, curing, hoisting & erecting in position etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in superstructure at all levels including double scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per specifications,

Providing, fabricating and erecting Stainless Steel flat of 304 Grade of size 50 x 5 mm in circular shape including fixing on existing RCC column, cutting of stone for fixing SS flat, buffing of all steel surfaces, including cost of all fittings & hardware, clamps, screws etc. cutting, welding the joints, grinding/muffing if necessary etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.

4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted.

5. Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlikon, ESAB India, Oxygen and D&H SECHERON only shall be used.

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm TCT color coated galvalume (Color Star Profile) sheets of make CRIL (Color Roof India Ltd.)/Multicolor, in roof, facia including all overlaps metring, supplying and fixing 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturers code of practice and cutting the sheets as required including the cost of scaffolding, work at all heights etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing of Luxalon® Lay-in Tile Perforated False Ceiling on 24mm ‘T’ Framework of module 600mm x 600mm. Panels made out of 0.7mm thick perforated sheet 2.5mm dia 5.5mmc/c aluminum alloys 3105 of size 575mm x 575mm manufactured by Hunter Douglas and Pre treated panel shall be oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion & painted on both sides,inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and topcoat of approved colour of 15 microns. The panel end shall be raised upward by 38mm and bend outward to lay the tile in framework. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of Tees. The 24mm main tee runners shall be suspended at an interval of 1200mm centre to centre.

The 24mm cross tee runner shall be suspended at 600mm centre to centre and further supported with 24mm cross tee at 600mm centre to centre with interlocking arrangements to form grid of 600mm x 600mm. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4mm G.I. rod from slab/roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500mm centre to centre etc. including fixing with necessary screw/bolts, drilling holes in the ceiling, floor or walls, fixing with anchor fasteners wherever required, hold down clips, hanger rods, providing extra frame work around openings etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing,fabricating, installing and fixing in position 4mm thick aluminum composite panels of required size over aluminum frame work for ceiling, masking, fascia,cladding ,etc. for linear as well as curvilinear shape for all heights and all levels etc.,consisting of aluminum section of size 50 x 25 x 2mm th. rect. tubes for frames including cutting the members to required size, fixing by aluminum angle cleats of size 50x50x2mm thick to horizontal and vertical members placed @ 600 mm & 1200 mm respectively, as per design requirement, fixing the aluminum frame secured to walls,floor and ceiling/hang to existing frame work. The frame members shall be cladded by using 4.0 mm thick prime quality aluminum composite panels approved shades made out of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick).manufactured by Durabuild, Alstone, Alstrong etc.

Using 3M –VHB tape and sealent for fixing aluminum panels/glass, necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and all sides by glass sealent (No. 789 of Dow Corning or equivalent), all fittings and fixtures necessary for fixing of panels, screws/rivets, G.G.I. wire etc., making cut outs, fixing extra frame work and necessary arrangements for opening for supply/return air slit, lighting fixtures, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by E.I.C

Providing and fixing Welded wire mesh (25 x 25 x 3mm) of best quality and approved make to existing frame, including cutting, making holes, etc. fixed in proper line and level etc. complete.

Providing and grouting with non shrink high density grout below base plate of Steel Columns, Crane Girder & Machine base including cleaning the surface below base plate by air blower,pre-wet the surface,shuttering on all sides of plates including Machine mixing, finishing, curing and cost of labour, Machinary, materials etc.complete as per Manufacturer's Specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering at all levels for internal walls ceilings with cement mortar 1:4/1:5 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

20mm thick

Cement plaster 20mm thick in skirting and risers to steps with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor where necessary curing etc. complete.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete.

Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all heights with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3, 8mm thick final rendering, double scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete and addition of waterproofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement for the base coat etc. complete.

Scraping the walls and concrete surfaces at all level to remove existing white/colour wash, distemper, oil paint, oil bound distemper, acrylic emulsion paint or other similar finishes and making the surface smooth by repairing the scratch etc. including necessary scaffolding, cost of sand papers, steel scrapers, compatible scratch filler etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of paint of approved shade and make including preparing the surfaces, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering, filling with putty as required, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete.

Using ACRYLIC EMULSION paint

Painting plastered surfaces with two/three coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full wall putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete
