Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer?in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and erecting steel props (up to full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation upto the Foudation of column approx @ 6.80 mtr depth and 2.5mtr width, 2.5 mtr length below the ground level including fixing of props or M.S. Jack system

Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover only for making better bonding in between old and new concrete including tapering all edges upto 50mm thickness.

Supply and apply of rustremover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement, Product: SikaRustoff 100/REBAKLEN RR, Consumption: 0.2kg/m2/coat, Density: 1.01 kg/l at 30 deg celcius

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement Product: SikaTop Armatec 108, Product requirements: Carbonation resistance: 2mm of SikaTop Armatec 108 corresponds to 20mm of normal mortar ; bond strength> 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78

P & F of Extra 8mmX 120MM deep L-type shear rebar connector 10mm Providing extra rebar with Hilti RE 500 V3 chemical including power drilling ,cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond and straightning, cutting , bending, placing in position, binding with GI wire of 18 gauge. Complete in all respects excluding the cost of steel

Providing extra reinforcement with TMT bars as per site design requirement including straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.i. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirements and direction of EIC.

P, M & A of epoxy resin concrete: Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared Rcc surfaces as per manufacture specification excluding preparation of surface by chipping and thoroughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required. Product: Sikadur 32 . Consumption:0.4kg/m2. Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881 Type II

P & F of water tight shuttering: Providing and fixing water tight centring and shuttering

S & A of non-shrink cement micro concrete Supply and apply a ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow microconcrete Product: SikaRep Microcrete-4/Equivalent Yield: Approx 17ltr/bag(30kg) Product requirements: Compressive strength>60 N/mm2(28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99

16.00 Repair of cracks in RCC Member Makeing 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 10mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on vertical surfaces. Product: Sikagard®-694 F (I). Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

18.00 Epoxy injection in RCC Member Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm non corrosive type long injection packers in cleaned holes with mositure insensitive epoxy resin based putty or equivalent. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply a moisture intensive, epoxy resin based injection grout for wet or damp location. Product: Conbextra ep 10/ Sikadur 55 SLV Mixed Density: 1.14 kg/l at 27 deg celcius Product requirements: bond strength >10 N/mm2 or concrete failure according to ASTM C 882 at 30 deg celcius; compressive strength >85 N/mm2 according to ASTM C 579.

19.00 For Repair of Hair line cracks in the Brick wall Supply and apply of non shink repair mortar for non-moving cracks in plaster and walls. Product:Sika Cracksil. Density: 0.85 Kg/l at 270C

Supply & Apply of ready to use water resistant White Cement based finishing / smoothening material in 1.5mm thickness for indoor and outdoor plastered surfaces. Product: Sika® Wall Décor, System Requirement: Tensile Adhesion >1.0 N/mm2 at 28 days (According to EN 1348), Water Capillary Absorption 0.8ml at 24hrs as per Karsten Tube Test, Water Retentivity >98% (According to EN 196-3).

21.00 Patch repair mortar Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch repair mortar for a thickness of 40mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Product: Sika MonoTop®-122 F. Yield: approx. 0.84 ltr/kg. System requirements: compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 3N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79.
