Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) double charged, polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Suspended ceiling, comprising of 12.5 mm thick reinforced gypsum plaster boards Conforming to IS-2095, GI perimeter channels, intermdiate channels, etc. including finishing the exposed surfaces with 2 mm thick putty & two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters(without taking off shutter) of any description not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.) M & L for 5.0 mm thick tinted Sheet glass,and glazing with uPVC beading in any shape and size fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as on chajja / roofs / roof kurbs are any other surfaces all as per site requirement duly maintaining proper gradient / slope over sufaces to drain off water smoothly, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate includes hacking or roughening surfaces upto desired depth and cleaning the same as per site requirement.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces all as per site requirement with water proofing compound finished fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder conforming to IS specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring aluminium/ copper from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets,bell push , ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Paris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for One light/fan/ bell point controlled by one, one way switch concealed point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two runs of 10 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated but in unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including of 25mm dia PVC rigid conduit medium with conduit accessories and fixed to the surface of wall/ceiling as per ISI including 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth continuity wire including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made, sheet metal distribution boards, double door protection class IP-42 suitable for mounting MCB/ MCCB, confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 r of the SP & SPN 12 ways including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 5 to 32 amps 10 KA confirming to IS-8828 : 1996, IEC-898 : 1995 rupturing capacity of the under mentioned type and rating including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 above but SPN 32 to 63 amps.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized wire 25x 4 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed.
