M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type C1,1:3:6 using 20 mm grared aggregate and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone in CM 1:6.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge of borken boulders n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in path, hardstanding, bed Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations for drains etc, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grades stone aggregates as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating all as directed

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base of floor .

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 typeB1(using 20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills,lintels,bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones/Kerb Stone pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 .

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in drain cover slab including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as diercted. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending with mild stell wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description cover 10cm in width of girth n. Otherwise described.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 600mm bore laid and jointed complete with collers incl demolition all as specified and directed

M&L for extra for framing fair finished drain or channel upto 60cm in inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc.

Preparing of New steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified .

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) .

M&LPCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping finishing,throating etc complete all as directed .

M&LCement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick(compacted thickness)as in flooring.
