Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of strata for locating fault, laying of cable and pipe or taking out old u/s cable complete including taking out & stacking of old bricks/pipes, etc and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated any type soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil any type to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring/drilling holes underneath road / PCC manually including insertion HDPE pipe of 100mm dia of pressure 0.4 Mpa complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cable route indicator showing " MES HT 11 KV UG Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Brown Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block 0.40x0.40x0.40 in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for clean river sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying in trenches precast cement concrete cable cover, class HV type 2 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HDPE Pipe 100mm bore for cable protection in floor/road crossing/along pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, comissioning, testing and installation of 12 KV, 630 Amp Short time current 21 KA/3 Sec, outdoor, motar operated, IAC AFLR Type tested 21 KA/1 Sec, extensible 4 way RMU (1 Incomer VCB and 3 outgoing VCB), Configuration (+VVVV+M) , SF6 fully type tested according to IEC-62271 standards insulated with epoxy resin, microprocessor based over current and earth fault self powered relay (Make : ASHIDA/C&S/MISCOM), 11 KV CT of CT ratio 100/1- 03 Nos in each breaker for metering and protection with a accuracy 0.1. and PT ratio 11KV/√3/110√3 class 0.2 - 04 Nos with mechanical and electrical interlocking arrangements, metering instruments digital type ( volt meter, Ammeter 0-100 Amps) including dismantling from the existing location and shifting to MES Store yard by hydra complete all as specified and directed.
