Labour charges for painting two coats in all inner wall surface and bottom of AC sheet roofing with best quality of emulsion interior White colour paint including cost of all materials, labour for through scrapping of the old surface, scaffolding charges etc complete.

Labour charges for painting two coats in all external wall surface using best quality of exterior emulsion paint including cost of all materials, labour for through scrapping of the old surface, scaffolding charges etc complete. (Pillar columns, Projection, border if any) Colour will be specified by the Works Manager of TANSI at the time of execution.

Labour charges for cleaning and painting of Steel trusses, purlins, and Shutter with two coats of best quality of enamel paint including cost of all materials, labour for scrapping of the old surface, scaffolding charges etc in work shop Shed etc complete. Colour will be specified by the Works Manager (Thinner and Enamel Paint are supply by TANSI free of cost)

Labour Charges for cleaning and painting of wooden doors and windows with two coats of best quality of emulsion paint including scrapping of the old surface, scaffolding charges etc in the Office building, workshop shed, etc complete. (Thinner and Enamel Paint are supply by TANSI free of cost)

Labour charges for removal of damaged A.C. Sheet and fixing New AC roofing with 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheets of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (Removal Damaged AC Sheets Handed over the unit officer in unit).

Labour Charge for removing the existing broken and fixing of new plain 4mm thick glasses, tower bolt, keel hinges in the wooden windows, doors in the workshop shed and providing new wooden reaper beadings, glasses hinges etc in 29 Nos of windows.

Labour charges for servicing of existing Rolling Shutter of size 10’9” x 10’0” – 1 No in the workshop shed including the cost for replacing of worn-out spring, Grease, Oil, Bolt and Nut etc.

Labour charges for removing of existing damaged rolling shutter and Fixing new pull and push type rolling shutter of size (10’9” x 10’0”) with ISI make of approved size section using 18G sheet the shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer etc complete.
