Construction of Intake Works:
(i) Design, Drawing, construction, Testing and Commissioning of Intake Works of 10.90 MLD, mechanical & electrical works including connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from Intake well to river bund. Supply and installation of Vertical Turbine raw water pumps (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) with motors (2 working and 1 stand by) (WTP) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. for Canchipur at confluence of Iril and Imphal River.
(ii) Design, Drawing, construction, Testing and Commissioning of Intake Works of 8.17 MLD, mechanical & electrical works including connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from Intake well to river bund. Supply and installation of Vertical Turbine raw water pumps (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) with motors (2 working and 1 stand by) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. for Canchipur (WTP) at Imphal River.
(iii) Design, Drawing, construction, Testing and Commissioning of Intake Works of 5.45 MLD, mechanical & electrical works including connecting walkway cum pipe carrying bridge from Intake well to river bund. Supply and installation of Vertical Turbine raw water pumps (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) with motors (2 working and 1 stand by) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. for Ningthempukhri (WTP) at Imphal River.
Design, Drawing, Construction, Commissioning and trial run of different units of Water Treatment Plant 5.45 MLD (i/c 20% overloading) MLD capacity at Ningthempukhri as per specification mentioned in the Schedule and as per items:
(i)Designing, Drawing, Providing and Constructing in-situ R.C.C. Aeration Fountain of about 5m height above GL consisting of at least 4 to 6 cascades with space requirement of 0.70 m2 per MLD exposed faces line with china glazed colour tiles of approved pattern i/c fixing & providing inlet pipe of suitable pipes i/c smooth finishing of supporting columns and vertical walls, watering, curing, weatherproof painting two coats and giving water tightness test, etc. for the capacity of 5.45 MLD (i/c 20% overloading) complete. (II) Designing, Drawing, Providing and Construction of R.C.C. raw water inlet Well, Inlet Channel, Parshall Flume with flow indicator meter i/c pipe arrangements etc, complete.
(ii) Designing, Drawing, Providing and Construction of R.C.C. raw water inlet Well, Inlet Channel, Parshall Flume with flow indicator meter i/c pipe arrangements etc, complete.
(iii) Designing, Drawing, Providing and Constructing R.C.C. Flash Mixer Chamber with 1 minute detention time with inlet channel, using suitable Pipes, Valves, Specials, outlet of suitable Pipes, Valves, Wash Water Drainage Line with Valves etc. Outlet Valve Chamber with manhole Frame and Cover i/c smooth finishing inside and outside, watering, curing, providing top R.C.C. slab with Manhole Frame and Cover suitable Pipe Bend, railing of exposed pattern with painting etc. i/c providing weatherproof painting outside in three coats etc. complete to make a successful component of Treatment plant of capacity of 5.45 MLD (i/c 20% overloading) giving satisfactory water tightness test etc. complete with all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical components of works as per I.S. 7090-1985 complete.
(iv)Designing, Drawing, Providing and Erecting Mechanical Equipment of Flash Mixer with Stainless Steel Impeller mounted on Stainless Steel, Vertical Shaft with ball bearing i/c providing electric motor with reduction gear to move the shaft i/c providing cover for motor and gear satisfactory test etc. complete.
(v) Designing (aesthetically), Drawing, Providing and Constructing R.C.C. Filter House cum Chemical House with adequate space for storing chemicals required for treating 5.45 MLD capacity of raw water for 60 days at a time with the following specifications: a) R.C.C. Filter House cum Chemical House with brick work and upvc make windows, ventilators for accommodating R.C.C. Rapid Gravity Filter of 5.45 MLD (i/c 20% overloading) capacity with required filter beds sizes calculated at the filtration rate of 4.8m3 to 6.0m3/hr/sqm (preferably 5 m3/hr/sqm) with common channel conveying settled water from clarifiers to filter beds, all inlet and outlet arrangement, filtered water collecting channel, wash water inlet and outlet and drainage arrangement adequate space for pipe gallery, detached separate rooms of adequate sizes each for chlorination, air blowers, control panel room, emergency T.C.L. or Bleaching Powder dosing arrangement on one side and office staff room, wash water tank, chemical storage, walkways, suitable staircases, G.I. hand railing for all filter beds, giving satisfactory water tightness test of all water containing and conveying structures and equipments to make the unit structurally and hydraulically effective component as part of 5.45 MLD (i/c 20% overloading) treatment plant i/c providing and laying of glazed ceramic tiles 600x600, installation of both internal as well as external illumination of the treatment plant and all interior and exterior painting with approved make and shade (all interior faces of building with plastic paint, doors and windows and mechanical fittings with oil paint and exterior walls with weather shield paint) , lightning conductor of approved type could be provided.
b) Alum solution tanks, lime solution tanks, chlorinating arrangements in the first floor and storage of alum, lime and bleaching powder etc. in the ground floor - including all Civil, mechanical, electrical works etc. all complete: i) Filter Media as per I.S. 8491 (i)-77 ii) Filter Sand effective size 0.45 to 0.07, Uniformity Coeff. 1.7 to1.3, Depth of Sand 650m, Gravel size 30mm to 50mm, Depth of gravel 0.45m, Depth of Water over sand 0.75m. iii) Rate of flow of Back Wash Water = 400lts to 600lts per min per sq. metre of filter media. iv) Control Chambers with loss of Head and Rate of Filtration indicator meter etc. v) Wash Water Channel, filtered Water channel, Bypass arrangements etc. vi) Plenum floor with strainer nozzle arrangement and Under drain System. vii) Laboratory Equipment, Glass Wares, Reagents, Chemical, Incubator etc. viii) Office accommodation with water supply and arrangements.
VI) Installation of Hand operated overhead travelling crane on turnkey basis of capacity 3 Tonnes (single girder type crane having longitudinal motion along the entire length of Chlorinator room/ Alum store house.) complete.
(VII) Designing, Drawing, Providing and Constructing R.C.C. Sludge and Waste Water disposal system (sludge and waste water pond) including recirculation of waste water by providing Recirculation Pump of required size including laying of various diameters NP3 type R.C.C. pipes for conveyance of sludge and waste water from Flash Mixer, Clarifier, Filter and Clear water Reservoir (over flow) including all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical works complete.
Construction of R.C.C Service Reservoir/ Clear Water Reservoir:
(i) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 1.50 ML Capacity R.C.C Service Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete, at Canchipur Hilltop.
(ii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of 1.50 ML Capacity R.C.C Clear Water Reservoir including necessary R.C.C/Masonry Chambers ,site development works & Providing fixing and testing Internal pipes, pipe specials complete, at Canchipur WTP Site.
Construction of Overhead Tank And Emergency Reservoir:
(i) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Ningthempukhri, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. with ancillary units, complete.
(ii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.60 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Old Thumbuthong Shift-I, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. with ancillary units, complete.
(iii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.45 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Old Thumbuthong Shift-II (Aribam Leikai), supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. with ancillary units, complete.
(iv) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials for Old Thumbuthong Shift-II.
(v) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.45 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Laiwangma Shift-I, supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. with ancillary units, complete.
(vi) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Trial run of Overhead Tank-15 meter staging height of 0.80 ML capacity including suitable pile foundation with ancillary units etc. complete including RCC Clear Water Pumping Station at Laiwangma Shift-II (TV Tower), supplying & installation of Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/ Kirloskar make) capable of filling 0.80 ML in one and half hours with motors (two working & one standby ) ) i/c manually operated travelling crane with girder for lifting the pumps. with ancillary units, complete.
(vii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Laiwangma Shift – I, complete.
(viii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Laiwangma Shift-II (TV Tower), complete.

(xii) Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C Emergency Reservoir of 0.20 ML Capacity including site development works, drainage system, compound fencing. Providing and fixing Internal pipes, pipe specials at Sajor Leikai Shift-II (Konsam Leirak).
Construction of Laboratory Building:
(I) Design, Drawing and Construction of Single Storey RCC Laboratory Building with tile flooring, anodised Aluminium Windows and Ventilators including Laboratory Equipment, Glass Wares, Reagents, Chemicals, Incubator etc. and other miscellaneous items as required for the analysis of Water Quality as per CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment /WHO and conforming to NABL recommended standard at Canchipur. -150 sqm.
Construction of dedicated power feeder :
(I) Design, Drawing and Construction of dedicated power feeder including (Power Supply, Outdoor Substation, Power Distribution, Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting and Earthing materials etc. Complete at Lilando Lampak Shift –I Complex. – 1.3 km.
(II) Design, Drawing and Construction of dedicated power feeder including (Power Supply, Outdoor Substation, Power Distribution, Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting and Earthing materials etc. Complete at Lilando Lampak Shift –II Complex. - 1.3 Km
(III) Design, Drawing and Construction of dedicated power feeder including (Power Supply, Outdoor Substation, Power Distribution, Indoor Lighting, Outdoor Lighting and Earthing materials etc. Complete at Old Thumbuthong Shift -II (Aribam Leikai) Complex. - 1.3 Km
