Tenderer(s) must have to submit Bid Security/Earnest Money only through online payment modes available on IREPS portal like net banking, debit card, credit card etc.
The rates are inclusive of wages of staffs and all taxes GST etc. as is being levied or may be levied in future. Contractor shall pay all the statutory taxes levied by Government or Local Bodies. Railway administration shall not pay any extra amount in this regard during currency of contract. However GST as applicable for this work during the currency of contract shall be reimbursed to contractor after submission of documentary evidence in this effect.
Generally deviations of contractor against the Railways specification & special conditions stipulated in the entire tender document are not acceptable. Therefore, tenderers are advised to not quote any deviation against the Railways conditions & specification stipulated in tender document.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
