S&F in repair for Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.0 mm thick sheet with grade of zinc coating @ 275 Gms/Sqm both corrugated sheeting any gauge thickness (including Nainital or similar pattern) as in roof covering/ vally gutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. Work to be carried out in bldgs/Sheds height of 15-20mtr approxmately) 2. Rate quoted by contractor shall be inclusive (corrugated semi corrugated etc) sheets, wired Figure Glass Light Ventilation at Valley gutters area in roof coverings. 3. Scafolding and necessary safety arrangements for labours working at different heights will be contractor's own arrangements.)

S&F Northe light window panel, poly carbonate, including hacking out old glass panes, all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A, Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,hollow section , MS sheet fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as in roof trusses, poles, purlines, gates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 0.63mm thick (0.5mm min) pre painted Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with L-type or J- type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws. including dismantling of old AC sheets, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick /stone masonry/ PCC block masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brickwork with modular fly ash bricks, in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description at any position on brick or stone or PCC block walls, chajja etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plalster in CM 1:4 over wall / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plalster in CM 1:6 over wall / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, and applying two coat of cement base paint (white or tinned) over a coat of alkali reistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L preparation of New plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes of single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall all as specified

S&F in repair 3mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane,, including hacking out old glass pane, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, design mix in foundations, footings, foundation beams,plinth beams,bases of columns , pavement/hardstanding and mass concrete 25cm or less including construction joints complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
