SPL REPAIR TO DRAIN, FOOTPATH AND PAVER BLOCK FROM TCP GATE TILL IOCL GATE AND TO ROAD/ PATH NEAR URC HELIPAD AND TCP GATE AT CERTAIN UNIT AT NAMKUM UNDER GE RANCHI

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled Sensor paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc, complete all as specified and directed. (consolidation thickness 75 mm or less). Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.42 per Kg.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and Applying evenly a priming/tack with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed Semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness @ 5.50 % binder (paving bitumen grade 30(VG-30) content by weight of total mix in mechanical and hot mix plant and pre mixed materials laid with Sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and with 8-12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions (Make:- 3M 290 Series or Equivalent of make Dark Eye as aprroved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.00 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applide thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturesers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new/ old concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, any colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved exceeding 6m mean radius all as specified.

M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregatre as in drain cover with & including necessary form work for fair faces of concrete cover set in CM 1:4 complete

M & L for M25 (Design Mix) Reinforcement Cement Concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slab supported on walls, beams and coloumns in floor, roofs, landings, balconies, conopies, deck slab and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of flat suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bar bars10 mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required incl. crancking,bending, placing & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc, including weathering slightly rounded champers angle forming channels & form workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as benching including forming channels using forms, moulds etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred/ stopedends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/chajja/lintel and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new/ old concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, any colour over a coat of primer as directed and specified.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete Pre painted Inter locking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over sand cushion & laid over sub base all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. above but expect tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under paver including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair framed work such as grills, gratings etc.. With ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars , framed balusters , walk ways , railings, frame work of drain grating and similar work conforming Fe 290 , Gde -E -165 complete all as specified and directed..

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
