Provision of Runway Threshold identification lighting at Puducherry Airport

Supply of Unidirectional elevated threshold identification flashing light (R.T.I.L) with LED's Series circuit powder supply, current between 2.8 A and 6.6A along control box common supporting structure provided with breakable couplings for flashing head and control box etc., complete as required.

SITC of Series Isolation Transformer of 20/6.6A, rated 200W primary current 20A & secondary current 6.6A frequency 50Hz (for flashing lights powered through, a series circuit connected to single-phase thyristor CCRs) etc., complete as required.

Supply of 4 core RS485 Twisted pair cable for communication between 2 TIL lights.

Supply & Laying of 40mm dia DWC HDPE Pipe etc., complete as required.

Laying of 4 Core RS 485 cable in existing DWC HDPE Pipe etc., complete as required.

Supply & Installation of C.I Isolating Transformer housing box (Single hole type), water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 40mm dia DWC HDPE Pipe. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required.

Installation, tesing & Commissioning of Unidirectional elevated threshold identification flasing light (8 Nos or 4 pairs) including connectors if required with control box etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 5 KV grade airfield lighting cable of size not exceeding 16 Sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE PIPE as required.
