Refixing serviceable aluminium strips of any size as obtained from item above with porcelin insulators of 15 BMD size 'T' type placed not more than 50cm apart with screws /nut/bolts etc complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S & F aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws of size not less than 4 mm dia and 32 mm long for roof conductors and down conductors above ground with porcelin insulators of 15 BMD size 'T' type placed not more than 50cm apart with screws /nut/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75X75X25mm drilled and screwed including 4 nos. 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head brass screws, and screwed to wall for protection of test point including 80 mm x 80 mm x 40 mm PVC box for Gun made block fix to the wall by means of screws and nuts including taking down old unserviceable test terminal point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed with the roof in and including all fittings, fixtures including taking down old unserviceable Air termination rod of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down carefully from wall of the building loose/ hanging/ de-shaped, GI strip of any size type including unserviceable Galvanised iron pipe of any dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Refixing serviceable GI strips of any size as obtained from item above with GI pipe of any size on wall/floor with clamps and nuts and bolts of suitable size etc complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L Galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm burried in ground/PCC hard standing /fixed on wall including all necessary excavation and earth work, connecting at ends, jointing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M & L for replacement of U/S plate earthing with bore well earthing by drilling bore with bore machine for lightening protection system using GI pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia as earth electrode driven up to a depth of 50 meters below ground level, duly made holes at 20 cm intervals, along the length of GI pipe and providing the charcoal salt mixture incl GI pipe 150 mm dia light grade as protection upto a depth of 12 meters and GI strip of 30x5 mm so as to acheive desired earth results. Testing and commissioning complete. (Earth strip of size 30x5mm upto a length of 7.5m is deemed to incl in this item rate).
