Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4incl dimantling of brickwork complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete incl dismantling of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping / benching and all other similar works incl necessary formwork complete all as directed.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) using WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per user manual complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid WPC

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paints over one coat of primer on walls etc, incl preparing new surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing complete all as directed .

Dismantling old posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section, incl taking out embedded portion and making good and excavation & prepration of post holes removal of surplus excavated material completed all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation / mass concrete /embedding of angle iron post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel angle , flat iron as in post & strut including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165 incl 3 nos 12mm MS bolts secrwed with each post complete all as specified and directed.

S & F chain link MS galvanisd fencing 4 mm dia 75 mm x 75 mm mesh size including staining bolts, provision of bindings wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts incl, securing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc all as specifted and directed.

M&L 10 mm dia TMT deformed bars cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and hooking end and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work as in doors of angle or other section complete drilled for fixing sheeting with all fitting and fixture complete (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) incl taking down old frame all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium framed work for door, window / vent (powder coated) aluminium section weighting 0.55kg/RM with one or more rebated incl jointed cleat for fixing etc complete all as specied and directed

M&L for anodised aluminium powder coated door, window and ventilator shutters, aluminium section weighting 0.55kg/RM fixed type without sash bar, incl necessary 4.8mm th sheet glass ordinary quality & glazing or PVC sheet joining with cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, lock , 2 Nos aluminium handles 150mm, 3 x hinges, 2 x Aluminium tower bolts 150mm with each shutter any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring incl finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement , rubbish off the primises and incl demolition complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' in on concrete slab all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken bricks hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spred and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm agg.) in plinth protection, path and paving incl demolition and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

M&L for green marble 15-17 mm thick over cement screed bed laid on 15 mm thick CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of the slab / staircase / steps,riser incl rubbing and polishing incl rounding to edge of marble and incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding of edgeing complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting corrugated with two corrugations side lap /plain sheet fixed with coach screw and washer / with J-type hooks in roof , wall etc incl dismantling complete all as specifeid and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour profile AZ-150 with side lap as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with 'L 'or 'J' hooks / self tapping screws and incl dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof covering all as specified and directed by EIC.

S & F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,truss, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails, cleat or other connecting plates cutting, welding including Nut Bolts, Fe 410-W(Gde -E-250) quality A, incl dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 25 here in before but fixing only.

M&L for box type steel window 1.25 mm thick made of ERW tube P-Section of size 60 x 25 mm double rebated outer frame comprise of glazed skeleton shutter(two gauged shutters and two glazed shutter) of ERW tube P-Section size 50 x 20 mm and 1mm thick one/two Nos openable leaf consisting of two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20x3mm welded to frame with one No Vertical mullion of ERW box type T-Section of size 60 x 25 mm and 1.25 mm thick and FI 2 mm thick welded / screwed to frame for fixing of glass including fittings and fixture like Handle, Tower Bolt, stopper, cleat, pintal hinges, hold fast etc. (i) Hold Fast, 150mm long of 120mm x 3 mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm agg. ) in sub base of flooring including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 30 here in before but except paver block shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80 mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polythene 500 litres water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position inclusive 20 mm dia float valve with aluminium fitting complete all including old disconnecting and taking down complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 33 here in before but 1000 litres water storage tanks.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall beams and coloum in floors, roofs, in shelves and the like complete incl necessary form work and demolition all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia bars & over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally , hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed of 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1;2;4 (using 20 mm graded agg) pre-cast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles all as specified with one hole at centre and both side ring to carrying complete incl necessary form work all as directed and specified.

M&L for TMT Bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required incl cranking, bending sprilly for hooping colmns hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Anneled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as directed and specified.

S & F for HIP RATRO radium sheet / tape on stainless steel frame (size of board / samples of letter / pictures / writing will be provided by Engineer-in-charge and of best quality as approved by GE, incl dismantling existing old vintage damaged standing sign board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3mm thick Aluminium Composite pannel sheet best quality complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for glow sign board frame / standing sign board made out of stainless steel tubular / flat / angle as in any size ,dia and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818) complete all as spd and directed

S&F decorative stainless steel dome 65mm to 75mm dia complete all as spd and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr making good in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 22 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring (Machine cut) of any size laid over 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm over sub base, jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish to flooring and dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm bore Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls etc incl taking down old pipe complete all as specifed and dirtected.

S&F for 100mm bore CI bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured)

S&F for 110mm bore PVC pipes single socketed Pressure rating @4Kg/Sq cm length "medium grade " with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls with dash ture nut and bolt at every 2 mtrs length complete , incl taking up/down old pipe with all fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 110mm bore PVC Gully Trap setting / jointed with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F for 110mm bore PVC bends/junction any radius complete all as specified and directed. .

Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with stain less steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3 mm thick sheet glass pane ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed
