Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtr. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect in foundation up to floor two levels.

Providing from work of steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge in -

i) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

ii) Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Columns, pillers etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Beams, cantilever Girders& lintals sides&soffits of beams, beams,haunching cantilever girders not exceeding 1mtr. Depth.

Providing and laying (porus) No fine cincrete 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded stone agg. 40mm) and above and curing complete with weep holes or porus etc. with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and placing horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer Incharge with in all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing GMS pipes (Light class) of various dia meret for inlet, outlet and scour pipe including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (32mm dia).

Providing and fixing Brass full way wheel valve including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (32mm dia)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in: Columns, piller post and struts upto floor level including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair sides of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even smooth in cm 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick preoainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zink coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 mocron over 5 mocron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 micrin over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J & L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted lmpet and rubber washars complete with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ridge and hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick preoainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zink coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 mocron over 5 mocron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 micrin over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J & L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted lmpet and rubber washars complete with in all leads and lifts.

Laying , jointing and testing in trenches Galvanised Mild Steel tube of the following dia metres including smooth bending by necessary bends, or through pipe bending machine with necessary all pipe fittings such as Tees, Elbows, Union & Reducers etc. of ISI marked & testing for leakage complete with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - charge. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 111/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measure & paid for separately).

Providing and welding MS flanges as per table below conforming to IS:6392-1971( latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointless gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick as per IS: 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done in three layers ( two out side+one inside)to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (TABLE-5)
