Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest royelty, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantity) etc. complete as directed and specified. Providing soling in foundation and under floor at all level with stone/ best quality picked jhama bricks, sand and packed and laid to level etc complete (a) Brick flat soling

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1cement: 3 sand :6 coarse

25 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

Providing and laying plain / reinforced cement concrete works with coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work ( form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (i) Using mixture machine (a) In substructure up to plinth level. Providing , fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated out of M.s black-tubes conforming to relevant I.S codes, as per design and drawing including providing M.S cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. b) using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section (Nezone/RINL/Bansal)

Supplying, fitting & fixing chain link fencing of 10 SWG, GI Wire 50 mmx 50mm mesh fitted to M.S angle iron post at 2000 mm apart of specification detailed below including supplying fitting and fixing hook eye bolts including three horizontal lines of GI wire 10 SWG at top middle and bottom and with one vertical line to each fencing tight and erect complete, including one coat of primer painting to MS angle iron post in PCC base etc with following. a) Corner and end posts with M.S angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm and length not less than 1800 mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued with two numbers as stay posts. b) Intermediate posts with M.S angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm and length not less than 1800 mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and splayed. c) Stay posts with M.S angle of size 35mmx35mmx5mm and length not less than 1800 mm only duly slotted and bottom torqued and spalyed.
