Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exeeding 1.5 m deep, getting out the excavated earth, bottom surface made to required gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation work will be done manually to avoid damage to the existing cable network.

M&L for removal of excavated material such as soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dry river washed sand cushioning in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured for payment.

M&L for well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-I, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for GI pipe 50mm dia, light grade for road crossing / on wall / with pole for cable protection of including cutting chasing of plinth protection or wall for inserting of cable and making good disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Sl item No 7 above but 100mm dia light grade GI pipe

S&F Metal cald enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole, C curve, MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 10 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS stranded copper conductor drawn in existing PVC conduit including 10.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces , necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including surface fixing casing caping ISI marked with 20 mm width with necessary accessories and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor, cutting chasing during crossing through wall/near staircase/roof and making good to disturbed srfaces and match with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 4 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked, 200 amps rated bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of transformer of 250 KVA, step down Outdoor type,platform mounted, complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire corrugated off circuit tape links of rating + 7.5% to -7.5% @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear all as per IS-2026, transformer copper wound, double wound, oil immersed naturaly cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 (vector group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side), maximum temperature rises should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV / LV winding ring measured by resistance after continuous full load run in ambient temp as per IS-11171 per transformer, IS-3639 for fitting & accessories, IS-2099 for high voltage porcelian bushings and confirming to IS-1180 part-1:2014 and BEE certified for energy effciency including making platforms as per manufacturer design and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fitting:- (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 Nos porcelain terminal points including nuts, bolts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for 3 core 95sqmm HT UG cable (b) Suitable cable box LV side for mounting two LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimetallic NOTE : (i) Excavation & earthwork (ii) All quantity are provisional with two Nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimetallic lugs. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VCB Panel with 03 VCBs and 01 Metering unit and one side extensiable 11 KV, 630 Amps, outdoor Fixed Type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with 03 Vacuum Circuit Breakers (3V+1M) [one VCB as incomer and 02 VCBs as outgoing] having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) manual fixed-type 400A Vacuum Circuit Breaker , inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 3+0.5 mm with IP 67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 125kVp internally to manage voltage surges. VCB should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The VCB shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 21kA/3 sec as per IEC62271-200. VCB shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for soilid earthing of Cable sheilds. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection and making foundation plinth as OEM sugisted and in foundation plinth provide cable trench for incomming and outgoing cables. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. Each Incomer VCB feeder consists of: 1. Supply, laying and testing 70 Sqmm 4 Core cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.
