Charges towards providing transport services on hire by one no. Ex showroom petrol driven sedan car [Maruti Dzire(VXI or above)/ Honda Amaze(S or above)] of model 2023 (not older than October 2023) or latest, with minimum seating capacity of Five (05) persons, and consisting of all types of safety features i.e air bags, ABS, PowerWindows, facility of temp control/Climate control etc. & equipped with Power steering and BSVI or higher compliant for normal duty of 08 hrs. for all days throughout contract period excluding Sundays and holidays for a minimum run of 2,000 kms per month along with trained and experienced driver of age below sixty years at Mourigram HQ and/ or other official jobs in and around Kolkata/ Howrah or elsewhere in the state of West Bengal as directed by Engineer In-Charge including payments of all taxes, levies, insurance premium, permit fees, obtaining fitness certificate, pollution under control certificate and cost of fuel, lubricants, consumables, maintenance / servicing cost, etc. complete in all respect including any other charges and costs involved therein and incidental in running and maintenance of the vehicle on hire as per terms and conditions of the contract to the complete satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: 1) Driver's monthly wage will be paid separately as per item no. 5 below. 2) Contractor has to provide Uniforms, Shoes to all his deployed drivers & First aid box to all vehicle. No additional payment will be made for the same. 3) GPS tracking with monitoring shall be installed in vehicles. No additional payment will be made for the same.

Payment/deduction towards extra/less kilometer run above/less 2000 KM monthly basis of petrol driven sedan car [Maruti Dzire(VXI or above)/ Honda Amaze(S or above)] with respect to the Item no. 1 above, complete in all respect to the complete satisfaction of EIC in terms of the contract.

Fixed monthy wages @Rs. 29169.42/- per month per driver towards deployment of 02 (Two) no's experienced driver (skilled labour) for normal duty of 8 hrs. on all days from Monday to saturday except Sundays and National Holidays as per scope of work mentioned in SCC and as per direction from the Owner. Monthly fixed charges which shall be borne by IOCL towards wages and incidental expenditure likely to be incurred by the service provider/ contractor. The rate of minimum wages and statutory & incidental charges shall be on following heads : 1. Minimum wages as per notification of Central Government from time to time. 2. PF contribution as per statutory rates in force(employer's share) 3. ESI contribution as per statutory rates in force(employer's share) 4. Bonus at 8.33% of total annual wage (Monthly / Quaterly/ annual) payment. 5. Leave Encashment at 2.5 days per month 6. Resettlement Allowance / Gratuity (as applicable) 7. In case of any increase in the fixed component of monthly wages/ charges/ mentioned at item 5 above due to revision of daily minimum wage rates declared by the Govt. after 01.10.2023, the arrears for the specified number of contract workers and its impact on PF & EDLI, ESI, leave and bonus shall have to be paid by the contractor to his workers and the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL to the contractor on production of documentary proof of payment. (Total LS value = Rs. 29169.42 x 48 = Rs. 14,00,132.16) Note: The total amount is fixed bidder need not to quote for this item.

Extra hourly charges or part thereof for detention of vehicle beyond eight (08) hours of use of the vehicle in a day. (Total LS value Rs. 823500) Note: The extra hourly charges beyond 08 hrs is payable @ Rs. 228.75/-per Hr. The total amount is fixed & bidder need not to quote in this item. Any increase in the fixed component of monthly wages due to duly notified revision of minimum wage rates after 01.10.2023, the arrears on statutory contributions shall have to be paid by the Contractor to his workers and the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL to the Contractor on production of necessary proof of payment.

Fixed rate item: Workmen compensation insurance with medical expenses coverage as per actuals for 02 nos. of skilled workers. Note: The Contractor shall submit the documentary evidences/ payment receipts to Owner for expenditure towards the same. Upon verification of documentary evidences/ payment receipts by the EIC / Site Engineer, the expenditure shall be reimbursed. The amount is fixed bidder need not to quote in this item(i.e., Total for 02 skilled workers per year for 02 years: 02 X 02X ₹1874 = ₹7496)

Fixed charges for Insurance amounting Rs 456.00 per person for 02 Worker in the social security Scheme for both Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna ( PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY). Note: The Contractor shall submit the documentary evidences/ payment receipts to Owner for expenditure towards the same. Upon verification of documentary evidences/ payment receipts by the EIC / Site Engineer, the expenditure shall be reimbursed. (Total LS value Rs. 1824)

Expenses for toll taxes and parking fees 02 Yrs. (Total LS value Rs. 72000.00) Note: Lumsum amount has been kept for this item. Same will be reimbursed by owner on actual basis upon submission of documentary evidence by the contractor. Such evidences shall include parking slips, toll tax slips etc. The amount is fixed bidder need not to quote in this item.

Additional service charges per month for running the contract.
